Ready. Steady, cook - Great evening spent preparing a tagine, salad and simple dessert. Which we then got to sit down and enjoy along with extras of fries and bread. It was hot in the kitchen but it is a working restaurant kitchen so to be expected. Nour our chef was informative while making it a fun experience. Definitely recommend.

Fun cooking class - Had a very nice cooking lesson with chef Nour. Moroccan salad, tagine with onion and lemon and orange with sugar and cinnamon. Given in a very fun way with lots of facts.

Let yourself be carried away by the perfumes of Amine’s kitchen - First experience during our stay and we loved following the advice of Chef Amine. It is very professional! The welcome is warm. The principle is super friendly. We prepared starter/tagine/dessert as well as bread in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. What a pleasure to learn the tricks of Moroccan cuisine and then enjoy each of our dishes concocted. We keep a very good memory of our trip. Thanks to Amine and the whole team. Excellent Experience - Wonderful chef and great food. A must do experience in Marrakech! The meal was delicious and we learned great techniques to cook Moroccan food!

5 star cooking class - We came for a cooking lesson. This was a fantastic experience. We learnt so much about the ingredients that we were using and given step by step guidance throughout. The meal was served at the end with additional food which was a lovely treat. I would highly recommend this experience.

Great experience - Brilliant! We were whisked away in a taxi communication was good about where the pick up out on the road by the Riad was. and on time! It was well planned, we were with just one other Dutch couple whose English was excellent. It was in a lovely restaurant Chouf d'Or and the Chef had it well planned. In a clean hygienic part of the main restaurant's kitchen we prepped our food. The Tagine was prepared with clear instructions and whilst that was cooking we prepared a salad to restaurant standards (will always 'mould' my salads now! and dessert. We then sat down to enjoy it afterwards was driven back to Riad. Perfect start to holiday.

A wonderful cooking experience. - An excellent experience. Getting to and from the venue was made easy by a hotel pick up. The chef was at home in both English and French and kept things moving at a good pace. The group was small so we had superb levels of personal attention. The end product was delicious; I am now off to buy my tagine! Thanks, Geoff

Moroccan cuisine (Tagine pot) experience - It was my first time to participate in a cooking class abroad, so I was worried about hygiene, but it was fine. The stores were clean, the restrooms were flushed and cleaned clean. Before cooking, they are encouraged to wash their hands, put on haircaps, rubber gloves and cook in the kitchen. I eat my own appetizers, tagine pots and desserts (fruits), so I basically don't eat other people's food. There were a total of 9 people in the series I participated in. Four groups of 2-3 people work together on one cooktop. It was my first time to see each of them, but the chefs and staff who teach me make the place feel better, so I don't feel nervous or isolated, of course. The cooking process was very easy and the instructions were easy to hear and easy to understand in English, so I didn't have any trouble. If you have no cooking experience and are new to English, I don't think that's a problem. There were two men on our tour, and I would recommend participating in the Cup. The foreign food I cook is exceptional, and at the end they write my name in Arabic on my certificate and hand it to me. It was a very good memory. It says "Hotel in Marrakech with transfer from Riyadh", but there is no item to fill in the hotel name when you apply and you will not be asked the hotel name immediately after completing the application. You will receive an email the day before, asking for a response to your hotel name. Unfortunately I was on the move and couldn't immediately reply, so I took a taxi instead of taking a pick-up. Personally, it was a satisfying experience with or without a transfer flight, so no problem, but if you expect a transfer, please be careful. If time permits, I would have liked to try the lunch and dinner prepared by the staff here.

Cockroaches and Heat - I saw 5 cockroaches in the kitchen- class was fine but couldn’t eat 1/3 courses because they washed the veggies in sink water (which is unsafe). Also no AC, so prepare to be sweating buckets as the oven and stove make the kitchen unbearably hot. The people running it seemed to draw out everything, making it take 30 minutes to arrange vegetables in a tagin. Food was decent but not really worth it! Dessert was literally just one orange that we cut up, was expecting more for a 30$ class.
