Would not recommend as per trip advisor stats ?? - Pick up was amazing - great guy Nacer. Dropped us outside- walked to first floor- obstructed by builders, meet by lady unsure who she was, however we arrived at set time of experience!!. We had to ask for drink, which was not tea but orange juice, then asked for wi-fi not working lady provide own personal, then, after waiting 30 minutes with out any communication why not starting on time, we challenged and was advised after her beating be 15 minutes- 45 minutes after set time. We were shown to change!!. Then taken to wet room, no communication on what would happen, or medical or forms or any questions ??alongside all time onsite ( experience lasted ( 1hr 30 minutes after arriving) and starting 45 minutes late- ) no apology or offered water or anything- during t his time!!. Felt experience by staff ok but very poor service - does open and not locking - they asked me to remove my swimming costume??. Put a thong on!!. Hubby black mess pants. Even outdoor handling room fell off and no one bothered to repair ?? Experience was ok but not worth the £115 uk ££ paid- place was cold/ not that clean- and communication very poor with no customer service / they ate in front of us and constantly on phones !!. Would I recommend no!!. Should have left when couple before us, said they where not happy and left at one time for 40 mins ??. Trip advisor starting to doubt your reviews ??.
