Ouzoud Waterfalls - Unbelievable beauty of the Ouzoud Waterfalls was worth the drive from Marrakesh. A great experience enjoyed by whole family which culminated with a boat ride to see the waterfall up close - absolutely stunning!

Waterfalls and Monkeys - excellent - All in all very good excursion, especially comparing it to the price with the travel agents. Our driver was lovely and told us the plan as we left and brought us back to the hotel too. The guide at the falls Mohammed was great, very chatty and answered our questions. He grew up there so he knows a lot. The spot you stop at for lunch is brilliant and very well priced. Added bonus they don’t charge for the water. The included boat trip was fun, though short but not much to see and we got a fantastic video taken by the driver. The monkeys are near the end of the excursion and if you don’t hold any food they don’t bother you at all. Would really recommend this one.

Very good experience - Very easy the location also passes close to the hotel where it is super recommended and when we get there very good hospitality and an amazing experience

beautiful landscape - Nice excursion. Total change of scenery...Very well organized route, supervised by a very friendly driver and guide and very attentive. Unmissable activity, to do absolutely for unforgettable memories. The boat ride is sensational and the freshness it provides feels good after the descent on foot. Lunch very friendly and very good also at the restaurant, with a table right in front of the waterfall which does not spoil anything. Small souvenir purchase possible at low prices. In short perfect: recommend!!!

Beautiful, but busy - The waterfalls are gorgeous to look at, and the boat ride is lots of fun! Our tour guide was helpful too. But the place was super hectic and I was worried at times that I would lose my guide. He did manage to get all 16 of us around safely though! Phew!

Ozoud Water Falls Morroco. - The tour guide was very courteous and genuine. He went out of his way to make sure that everyone was okay. The bus driver did a great job transporting us from point A to Point B.

Choose a different tour company - This particular travel company I don’t recommend. I was supposed to be picked up as 7:30, at a location that was different from the pick up location I had set up in the app. The only reason I knew that was I messaged them through their WhatsApp the day before because I noticed that in the app I mentioned a Pickup Point and a Meeting Point and the time 7:30, so I wanted to double check the time for pickup. From there they did message me back and confirmed the time for pickup but a different location that I had set - no big deal, it was close-after that radio silence. I had another question about the return trip, they never replied. Morning of the trip I go to the pickup point, and I noticed it is a bit off down the street from a popular tour pickup area, so I send a message with a picture to confirm where they want me to wait. No response. 7:30 comes, no pickup. I message and ask if they know if there is a delay or are they sure this is the right spot. (There is no one else waiting in this area) No response. 7:35 I message “any information on the pickup?” No response. 7:36 on the TripAdvisor app I message “hey it’s past pickup time, are they still coming?” No response. 7:38 TAapp “hey I messaged you through WhatsApp, but nobody responded” No response. 7:41 TAapp “if I could just get a response that someone is seeing these messages that would be great” No response. 7:42 WhatsApp (same as previous message) No response. 7:45 call travel group via WhatsApp. No response. 7:53 TAapp & WhatsApp “ Can someone please just tell me what’s going on? I don’t mind if the pick up is late. I just need to know if I need to keep waiting.” No response. Finally at 7:58 a police man at the end of the street closer to the popular pickup area (that I had been pacing between it and the “official” pickup location) flagged me down and pointed down the road( not near the “official” pickup location) at a tour bus and when I got to it they had my name on their list. I have no issues with things getting delayed, stuff happens, the streets are crowded, problems come up, but it is the complete lack of communication that really stressed me out. A 30 minute wait is not long expect when your in a foreign country, don’t know what’s going on, and know that most tour groups are not going to wait that long for you. If they can’t find me they would just continue on without me, and I would miss what I planned to do and probably have to fight to get a refund. Once you get to the location is is pretty nice, we had a good tour guide, but you are only there for 3 hours and unfortunately that’s not a lot of time especially with how crowded it is there. 5min walk to first view, 15min to check it out. 1min walk to second view, 10min to check it out. 1min walk to third view, 10min to check it out. Then 20min walk down, 15min for pictures. Continue down for another 10min and wait about 15min for the boat. 15min boat ride. 15min to explore/swim. 1hour lunch 20 min walk back up(opposite direction) 15 see final view, 20 min back up to the buses. Also the description says “ step ashore and visit one of the cafes or restaurants overlooking the river for lunch (own expense).” but you are directed to one restaurant and that’s it. There was no time to visit any shops or other restaurants in the area.

- An activity EN is unique and to be done EN itself, however the comfort of transport is too neglected. When it is 40C outside and there is more DE 4h DE bus it is not possible DE have no air conditioning. EN knowledge that this has been guaranteed on the announcement. A refund a was DE requested, pending response. This is the reason for my rating, however the guide, Assan himself, was perfect, a great guide involved and listening to our requests always present and kind! I recommend the activity but not at all this agency:/
