Participants will journey from one local eatery to another, sampling between 7 and 8 different dishes. At each stop, the ingredients will be explained, recipes shared, and the cultural significance of each dish will be discussed.
Some of these street foods are available in the morning, while others are served in the afternoon. Depending on your preferences and the time of day, you might try:
- Msemen & Harcha – Traditional Moroccan pancakes
- Harira – Renowned vegetarian Moroccan soup
- Chebakiya – Sweet sesame cookies, ideal for brunch
- Khoudenjal – Hot and spicy herbal infusion
- The Khaneza – Bread filled with eggs and vegetables
- Raïb – Traditional Moroccan-style frozen yogurt

Marrakech food tour - Superb, Abdo was great with great insight to local culture as well as how the food is prepared and cooked. It's true what the comments say go hungry as there is a lot of food to eat. A great 3 hours at a very reasonable price I would highly recommend.

Great evening food experience - It was a small group, 7 of us I think, plus Abdo our guide. I took the 5.30 tour which meant the Jemaa El-Fna really came alive around us
Abdo was very good and knowledgeable giving explanations in English and German.
We visited 8 food stalls which were all included in the tour price with differing dietary needs catered for.
This really was good value, informative and definitely saved deciding where to eat that evening.
I would thoroughly recommend this tour

Tasty tour. Come hungry! - Great 3.5h with Mariam. Tasty food and a lot of it! Would definitely recommend doing the evening tour - then the market on main square comes alive and the whole Medina is buzzying

Perfect street food tour, would do it again anytime! - We had a fantastic tour with our guide Abdo. Small places, good street food and very interesting information about the dishes. All food was included, which we almost didn't dare to believe given the low price. We were already full halfway, but our taste buds were there until the end. Nice group, too. Fantastic value for money, I would recommend it to everyone. 😊

Excellent tour! Good value for money. Lots of information on Moroccan traditions. - Meriem was our guide. She gave us plenty of information on local traditions and food habits. Well worth the money! Good communication and well organised. Would highly recommend!!! The only downside was that the first food stop had ran out of fish, so we didn't get to try the fish.

Great insight into local favorites - Abdul was not only a food guide but a true tour guide. He shared history and insights into Moroccan life and culture we would have missed out on. It was a truly enjoyable tour that earned all five stars.

Scam! - What I feared turned out to be true: a well-organized scam. They changed our schedules, did not show up for the appointment and did not return messages. After waiting for 15 minutes at the agreed location, the person finally deigned to answer to say that she was already gone and that it was too bad for me.
Shameful and very dishonest. I don't recommend it.

Scam! - The tour was moved to earlier last minute (4h before), so we changed our plans to arrive on time. After warning that we were going to be less than 5min late we no longer have any answer from Abdo, our guide. After several messages and a call attempt, 15min later we finally have an answer. We are told that we were too late (4min) and that they left, saying that the whole group did not want to wait these few minutes, which seems unbelievable. This trick is clearly a scam.
