Hot air balloon flight - Very happy with the hot air balloon ride, however we have the video for 40€, well received but impossible to download and now view it, more than disappointed... Is there anything I can do?

Wow!! What an experience!! - Wow. What an experience this was. Contact made when indicated. Picked up and drive to the site. Hot air balloon experience was something won’t forget. Paid for the video at the site and it was well worth the money. Pilot was brilliant and breakfast was lovely when we arrived back. Great value for money and would highly recommend x

Happy Ballooning Marrakesh - Absolut empfehlenswerte und sehr professionell organisierte Freizeitattraktion.
Wir haben den Morgenflug absolviert und es war atemberaubend.
Sehr netter Pilot, der in allen Situationen einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht hat.
Der Start und die Landung war sehr sanft und sicher und in der Luft war die Fahrt sehr angenehm.
A highly recommended and very professionally organized leisure activity.
We did the morning flight and it was breathtaking.
The pilot was very friendly and made a very good impression in all situations.
Takeoff and landing were very smooth and safe, and the flight itself was very pleasant.

Fantastic ride - A really great experience!
The whole tour is perfectly organized from pick up to the first stay at base camp to crossing the actual balloon ride as well as the morning meal.
It is very important that the passenger is well.
But there is one thing you cannot influence: the weather. We didn’t have quite optimal conditions, but nevertheless the ride happened and that’s also quite good to see how it can look even in less than perfect weather. A true experience. We can only recommend Tom and his crew.

Breathtaking - This was literally one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life. Tom and his staff were amazing. The ride to the balloon site was very bumpy and rocky however we arrived in one piece and it was all worth it. Breakfast was so nice and delicious. I would pick this experience a million times again.

Dreamlike experience with a great team - We were completely satisfied. The collection went perfectly smoothly. Got a notice a day before where we're going to be picked up. The bus was totally modern and super equipped. When we arrived a campfire was already burning and we were offered tea and coffee. When the sun slowly rose we were already in the hot air balloon. The briefing was super understandable. The ride as such was absolutely fantastic, which also applies to the food after the ride. We can really only recommend it to everyone to ride with this well-rehearsed team!

The best experience - This was an amazing experience not just the balloon flight, from the minute we got picked up the people were warm, family and happy to see you. We arrive to tea water and biscuits, as it was an early start. We got to watch the balloon being assembled. The pilot can and introduced himself which was lovely, no language barriers as the team between him spoke several lanaguages On the flight the pilot and his crew were fabulous, chatting away and explaining the flight etc. I felt very safe in their hands. The balloon flight was beautiful. We had a a lovley breakfast after landing. I would recommend getting the photos and video so worth it to capture the experience in the air. Also i would suggest taking some cash as a tip as the service was outstanding, the pilot and his team thanked us for attending as we were leaving on the bus home. Thank you for a great experience from start to finish. I will treasure the memory and my certicate.

No show. - The activity was cancelled due to bad weather, which was fair enough, but the communications were poor, so I didn't know until we found that the 5am pickup didn't arrive. The providers posted a message on Viator, but I only found this when I tried to message the providers to find out why the pickup didn't arrive. I have been promised a refund, but it hasn't arrived yet.

Disappointed - Since I made the reservation, I asked if the company would pick me up at the hotel and I have recorded the information that Yes. Yeah, the day before the tour, I was informed that they were going to pick up at another point. I did what was possible: I walked through the Medina one day to understand was the way. However, at 5 a.m. completely alone and with the souks lights out, it is impossible to do this. The pick-up time would be 5:30, 5:18 I informed that I was lost and would return to the hotel because I was not feeling safe (a few strange men approached me on the streets). The driver lied saying he came to the hostel, and I at the reception disappointed without having more to do. So the company didn't pick me up, didn't inform me and went on the journey. I had to ask what would be done and then they called me to give the information. I hope my refund is made.
