Fantastic Experience. Definitely Recommend. - Absolutely amazing experience. Very well organised. Would definitely recommend. Was a treat for my daughter on her birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Bit of a mix up with the pick up time, I had to chase it myself as id not heard from them. They promptly responded and gave me a pick up time of 6.40am but my booking was for 5am, I asked if it would definitely be a sunrise experience as id seen some reviews saying they had missed the sunrise. They confirmed that sunrise would be 8am with it been winter time and they were spot on. All went well, we also purchased the photo and video package for 400dirm and it was well worth it. You get given a gopro and there is a drone following you around in the air. I did feel a tiny bit squashed as there was probably 20 of us in the balloon but all in all absolutely recommend. Had a great time. Wasn't far from my resort. Was back by 10am ish to carry on the day as normal.

It was just wow, a... - It was just wow, a great experience to have. Take-off is very smooth and the view from above is beautiful. It's cold early in the morning in the desert. Only one HIC, I took this package because I was picked up at my hotel door which I wasn't. I had to walk a few streets alone at 6:00 am

Beautiful views and happy people - I loved this balloon ride in Morocco. The area is beautiful and the site was really pretty. The team are really friendly and happy. Tom, our pilot, was informative, kind and funny. Note - From this site we were the only balloon to take off. If you want to be within the group of balloons you would need to go with another company. Being the only balloon had the benefit of it being quiet.

Great Service and Experience - Such great service from these guys. We had booked for a certain day but unfortunately due to illness I had to cancel, literally a few hours before pickup. They were totally understanding however and let us select another day of our choosing, a few days later. They didn't have to do this as was well past the 24hr cancellation policy, so very thankful for this. As for the balloon flight, top notch from pick up, to breakfast to the balloon ride itself. In the air for almost an hour! Definitely worth it if you are visiting Marrakech. Our driver even stopped off on the way back, at our request, for some bits at a shop. 10/10 service and experience.

Lovely and quiet - It was as advertised. Lovely breakfast setting, watching the balloons go up at sunrise. 30 mins earlier might have been nicer but still lovely. We had about 45 mins in the air. On time pick up and drop Off. Typical breakfast. Nice time.

Loved the flight, pilot super pro - The experience is beautiful and very Professional. But be aware the you are not flying at the sunrise time and breakfast is not on the balloon. We were approximately 15 people on the ballon. I loved the experience but it is always frustrating that the guides or staff do not speak English or French to be able to have a conversation or explain what is going on. That the only thing I regret.

Incredible experience - Fabulous experience. To live at least once. The scenery is amazing Transfer from the city of Marrakech to the desert understood and very convenient. On the other hand plan breakfast after the hot air balloon rather than before to really enjoy the sunrise
