Amazing value for money - Such good value for money! We had the most lovely day thanks to Mustapha and our driver. Very engaging and fun and such a perfect day out of the busy streets of the Medina. Would highly recommend!

Superb guide and excursion! - We could have not asked for a better experience and our guide, Asmae, was a true jewel! She waited for us and guided our little girl with so much patience and care and doted on her throughout the day. Additionally she took us to a great Berber shop so we could buy two rugs and then arranged for the rugs to be waiting for us in the van. Everything was absolutely perfect and we cannot recommend Asmae and the excursion enough!

Everything as it said, good knowledge and excellent guide - Picked us up from hotel no problem. Had few stops along the way at each valley and had knowledge about each area. Breakfast and lunch were included and were worth it to have. Good views would definitely recommend

Astonishingly great value experience, but abit confused - It was a great all day experience, and the value is a no brainer. The host Hamza is amazing - great communication and hospitality. It always helps when you’re in a foreign country knowing that you’re looked after by your guide. Very punctual, effortless check ins, opportunities to see and experience interesting spots en route to the next. Great food, great small size group, great driver and especially the guide. But the only problem was, I booked to see Ourika Valley, but I was shown Imlil Cascade, quite disappointing I didn’t tick off one of the top things on my list, but overall a great experience with great value. Maybe in another lifetime to see Ourika Valley…

Bizarre experience - On the way to the valley, the van was stopped by the police. The Driver and the tour guide went to speak with the police in private and they came back after 10 mins. When we asked them what happened, we were told that one of the passengers didn’t wear a seat belt and that is why the police stopped us. But everyone was wearing seat belts. The story didn’t add up. On the way back same thing happened again with the police stopping the van again and this time also both the tour guide and the driver went and spoke with the police and when they came back they were very aggressive and angry. The tour guide was saying that one of us wasn’t wearing seat belts and that person has to go and talk to the police with their passport and pay a fine with out which the van won’t move an inch. This came as a big shock because everyone was wearing seat belts and again the story wasn’t adding up. When all of the passengers refused to get out of the van the tour guide eventually went and spoke with the police and we were allowed to move. So what really happened? Did the tour company didn’t have the right paperwork to operate tour? I think that is the most likely explanation.

Experience Could Be Improved with Better Organization and Guiding - I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding this tour, in the hope that it may help improve the experience for future travelers. 1. Communication and Scheduling The tour was booked for 9:30 AM, and it was stated that a guide would be available in my preferred language. However, the pickup time was changed to earlier on the same morning, and the guiding was provided in English instead. Traveling with children, the change and additional 40-minute waiting time at another pickup point created some unnecessary stress. More accurate communication ahead of time would be beneficial. 2. Guiding Quality Our guide for the tour was Hamza. While he was polite, the guiding itself was limited. Throughout the trip, very little information or context about the places we visited was shared. Most of the time was spent in silence, and at the stops it was sometimes unclear how long we were expected to stay. More structured explanations and clearer instructions would greatly enhance the experience and help guests feel more engaged in the tour. 3. Driving and Safety Awareness The road through the mountains has many sharp turns and uneven sections. The driving felt somewhat fast for such conditions, which caused discomfort, especially for children. A slower pace and more attention to passenger comfort would make the journey more pleasant and reassuring. 4. Time Balance Although the itinerary includes several stops, a significant amount of the day is spent in the vehicle. Only the lunch stop and the waterfall walk allowed more time to explore. Providing clearer expectations in advance would help travelers decide if this schedule suits them. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The locations themselves are beautiful and have great potential for a memorable experience. With clearer communication, more structured guiding, and greater attention to comfort during the drive, the tour could be significantly improved.
