As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile by Moustafa, he was an incredible kindness and kindness. He put us at ease and reassured us throughout this adventure. The balloon flight was simply exceptional: a real moment of freedom, with a breathtaking view of beautiful landscapes. The photographer and videographer captured every moment perfectly, and the drone offered us incredible aerial images that we never tire of looking at. Everything was done in perfect security conditions, which allowed us to enjoy serenely and live the moment to the fullest. And what about breakfast? A typical Moroccan breakfast, as we like, hearty, varied and absolutely delicious. We really feel privileged to have such a unique moment. If you hesitate again... go ahead! An unforgettable and safe balloon flight with Mustapha - We had a fantastic balloon experience with Mustapha – top professional, welcoming and calm. From start to finish we felt safe and well informed. Before the flight we were offered delicious coffee and tea, and we relaxed just in time to enjoy a breathtaking sunrise from the balloon. We climbed to a height of one kilometer and had a magnificent view of the landscape – an experience we will never forget. The whole trip was conducted in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, where Mustapha made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. After landing, we completed the experience with a delicious traditional berber breakfast, which was both cozy and tasty. As an extra bonus, we were offered a professional video of the trip – recorded with both a 360-degree camera and a drone – for a small surcharge. A great way to perpetuate the experience. All in all a magical and safe experience, which we can warmly recommend!

Birthday surprise for my partner and well worth the early start - Brilliant and well organised Offer a video and photo package for £30/£35 which we didn’t know about. Definitely recommend getting as the drone footage is unbelievable!! They only take cash so we were lucky we had some as we weren’t aware of this package

Early morning start but worth the sunrise - We had a great experience on the ride. The pick up and communication was brilliant and as planned. When we got there, we were welcomed by refreshments to perk us up for the early start. We opted for the video and photo package for 400dhs. They will give you a 360° camera to capture videos yourself whilst up in the air. We had to share one with another family in the basket. The photographer was professional took us by the balloon before we started to get some nice pictures with other balloons in the background. There was a drone following us for a limited height to capture moments. Once fully in the air, you can see the beautiful landscapes with numerous other balloons in the air. After around 40mins we descended with great landing and we had more pictures taken. We then had a nice little breakfast and got our flight certificates and were dropped back to our accommodation. We recieved the final edited photos and videos back after 24 hours (sent via email). Photos looked brilliant, videos were good but can be improved but that's probably to do with the limited footage we had as we had to share the camera back and forth. Overall a worthwhile experience and decent value for money

Excellent, picked up from... - Excellent, picked up from hotel, talked us through what to expect, beautiful sunset and fantastic experience with them on the hot air balloon. I opted for a smaller group experience and it still felt a bit busy but we all had good space. A very magical experience and they laid on a lovely breakfast for us once we had landed.
