Glorious sunrise views from above - It was a fantastic and organized process. The views were stunning and I would highly recommend this to anyone in Marrakesh. The sunrise and views were spectacular.

Up Up and Away - Excellent morning out, picked up on time, only a short drive to the site. Coffee on arrival, and then into the balloon. All excellent, the pilot was superb. Easy launch, great weather, amazing views and a perfect landing.

Fantastic company - highly recommended - This flight experience lives up to its billing. We took the 06:00 flight and saw the most amazing sunrise. The pickup was right on time and the minibus really comfortable. Our hotel was outside Marrakesh so we were first on the bus just after 04:30. Other passengers joined in the main square which was deserted at 5:00 am, this meant that we could see the beautiful wooden shop doors and streets in the old town. One arrival at the launch site we were offered coffee and tea and watched the balloon inflate. Unlike some companies there was only one balloon and we were away from the mass of balloons. This trip was as promised a small group experience. The trip was amazing and our captain really skilled. He took us away from the other groups towards the curve of the mountains. It was a gentle and steady flight and we felt very safe and in good hands. By reading the winds and adjusting the altitude our Captain flew in a large rectangle passing over the tent before landing with barely a bump. There were at least 50 balloons in the sky making for a wonderful sight but as we flew away from most of them we had our private peaceful patch of sky. We can’t wait to go again. After landing we were picked up and taken back to the tent for a wonderful breakfast. It was freshly cooked by a lovely lady and we were helped by the really friendly staff. The captain made time to talk to everyone and give them their certificate with our name in beautiful Arabic script. As the site was away from the other balloons we were able to see some of the birds and animals of the area. Tip: take some cash with you if you want a little video of your trip taken by their drone.

Extra - Frankly... koulchi mziane! Really amazing. It was a surprise to my daughter. Everything was super organized. You can see they're used to it. We were scared because of the fickle weather the day before, but phew not canceled. We saw the sun, enough flight time, about 45 minutes? Incredible photos

Unforgettable experience - Breathtaking! Incredible experience, top organization from start to finish. I say that I am afraid of emptiness, at no time did I feel insecure. To do without hesitation!!

Perfect experience 🤩 - Fabulous morning with very friendly people organising our balloon ride. We couldn’t go on the originally planned day due to poor weather, but an alternative date was organised straight away. On the day, we got picked up from our hotel area and were driven back afterwards, the breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choices. The ride itself was so smooth, and Mustaffa, our balloon « driver » was knowledgeable and answered all our questioned, it was just a perfect experience!

a great day in Marrakesh - This hot air balloon experience was so much fun! We were picked up directly from our hotel and taken to the launch site, with breakfast included as well. Our driver was incredibly kind and made us feel completely safe, which was especially appreciated as a group of girls. I’d recommend this experience to anyone considering a hot air balloon ride!

Great experience but lacked organisation and communication - Great experience which my family and I enjoyed but I have to say it’s not very well organised, no safety briefing and carnage getting on the balloon due to it being windy. We were picked up from our accommodation at 5.30am and picked up another family on route, we were then taken to a set up where we met the other participants were we had coffee/tea and biscuits, we unfortunately then had to move due to the wind for the balloon ride, after the ride which lasted just under an hour in the sky we went back to area were we had the coffee for breakfast which was adequate and then taken back to our accommodation and dropped off around 10.30am. Overall the experience was good but just lacked organisation and communication.
