Aswan – Abu Simbel

Abu Simbel Temple Complex - Set off early at 4:00 AM for a drive to Abu Simbel in an air-conditioned vehicle. Upon arrival, an Egyptologist guide will lead you through the temples built by Pharaoh Ramesses II for himself and his queen, Nefertari.

Admire the Great Temple’s main façade, featuring four statues of Ramesses II. Although dedicated to Amon-Re Horakhty and Ptah, the temple was primarily built to honor Ramesses the Great. Next, visit the smaller temple dedicated to Queen Nefertari, located right beside the Great Temple.
