Beautiful, individual and recommended - Yesterday we took this tour with our private guide Osama Mohawes, who speaks very good German by the way. It was all well organized, from our punctual pick up by Mohamed to the return to the hotel in Marsa Alam. That day we saw not only what is in the description, but much more. Through Osama's help and contacts we were able to visit Tutankhamun's tomb and Banana Island. What is also to mention is that Mohamed is always waiting nearby with his car and you can leave your things safely with him. This excursion is characterized by its individuality, because personal wishes are fulfilled where possible. You also get a lot of tips and technical information and don't have to queue anywhere. Osama's friendly nature and knowledge made this tour unforgettable for us. Thank you very much, gladly again. L+R

Amazing trip to Luxor - We had a wonderful private trip from Marsa Alam to Luxor and the Valley of the Kings. It was one of the best parts of our time in Egypt. Professor Ahmed Elsisi was an excellent guide and Egyptologist — very knowledgeable and friendly, creating lots of fun memorable moments throughout the day. he told the history as stories, very easy to follow and really interesting. Mr. Mohamed Nasseir was also a great driver. The drive was very long but smooth and safe, we were comfortable and everything was very well organised. The whole day was amazing! Would highly recommend this experience, especially with Professor Ahmed Elsisi and Mr. Mohamed Nasseir.

Unforgettable day in Luxor - We booked this tour with Legacy Tour. Everything went smoothly and uncomplicated. The driver arrived on time. The ride itself was honest to say exhausting. We have been to the Marsa Alam region and were therefore even further away from Luxor. The effort was worth it. When we arrived in Luxor a very nice person welcomed us at Karnak Temple. The Osama, our professional companion for the day. The Osama is a very professional and simply competent tour guide. He told us about whole history of Egypt within a short time. It was all perfectly organized. Boat trip to Banana Island, Hatshepsut Temple, part of the Kings! Every point of our journey was made an experience by Osama! Thank you very much for an unforgettable day Osama!!!

Perfect day in Luxor - We enjoyed our trip yo Luxor very much. Our guide Mark was very informative and we had plenty of time to wander around the tombs and temples. Mark had also arranged a hotel and evening meal both were great. We particular enjoyed our cruise down to Luxor temple. Mark took us some great photos too! Sitting watching the boats on the Nile finished our day perfectly. Thank you so much

Day in Luxur with Giuseppe - Unforgettable and beautiful day in the city of Luxur. We stayed with Giuseppe who explained everything we were visiting, even giving us some advice. Ride on the Nile very pleasant and lunch was plentiful. They are not specified in the booking but the guide also took us to typical places, such as a “factory” where the various stones work and a place where they have a variety of spices, perfumes and endless tea. Super recommended tour!!

Disappointment and tourist trap - We spent a whole day with Mark as a guide in Luxor. Mark was very friendly towards us and tried to create a trusting impression: for example, he gave us tips on how to behave with pushy street vendors or emphasized his deep connection to us and our home country (we are not just guests, but his family). We became increasingly aware that all this was calculated during the day: He deliberately led us into several tourist traps as they are in the textbook - all under the guise of trust, which he first tried to build purposefully and charmingly. Without this being part of the program, he led us to the spice shop "El Husseini", where we were offered spices and tea at massively overpriced prices. Mark claimed afterwards that locals would pay exactly the same price, which is simply not possible. 300 grams of spices and 300 grams of tea were sold to us for a total of 67 euros. Afterwards we went to a papyrus shop and a shop for local craftsmanship - all designed for business with tourists. The respectively praised Arab hospitality in these stores sometimes suddenly turned into very unfriendly behavior after it became clear that we are not interested in the products to be sold. Even though our itinerary already provided for a crossing of the Nile by motorboat, he talked us up with flimsy arguments an expansion of the boat tour. The price for this is set by the state at 50 euros. In the end, this extra program turned out to be just a Nile crossing with detours for about 20 minutes. Since we didn't have enough cash with us, he directed us to a kiosk where we transferred the money to the seller by card payment. He then had this transferred to his account. At the respective attractions, he tried to convey a lot of information to us. Unfortunately, most of his German was difficult to understand and the amount of stuck information was manageable accordingly. The temples and tombs visited were very impressive overall! So impressive that one might come to the assumption that honestly bringing these monuments closer together sincerely would be sufficiently meaningful and fulfilling, as well as financially sufficiently lucrative. Unfortunately, this is a fallacy. Mark abused our trust for his own enrichment. We would not have expected this from a tour we had booked through our hotel.
