Magical Marsailles - Fantastic tour … knowledgeable, informative, casual, and very thorough. Gave us a great feel for the city and the people … perfect amount of structured touring and also free time to explore on own. Highly recommend this agency for your private tour!

Good tour, our tour guide... - Good tour, our tour guide did a good job explaining the different sites we visited and we had the right amount of time at each location.

Senior Gals - Good way to see the main places and not have to do a lot of walking. Our driver guide (Joe) was fun, considerate and knowledgeable.

Missed 2 of our 5 attractions, not worth the money - Our tour was scheduled for 9 AM and we were advised to be 15 minutes early. While waiting with about a dozen other people at the meeting place, one person mentioned she’d gotten a text saying tour wouldn’t start until 9:30 AM. At 9:30 our tour guide arrived and directed us to the bus where we waited an additional half hour before getting started. Our guide, Pacu, had very accented English, so didn’t understand some of what he was saying. We did get to Basilica Notre Dame, Palais Longchamp, & drove by Arc de Triomphe (as promised). But the other two stops, a monastery, and the oldest bakery in Marseille were missed. I asked Pacu about that and he said it wasn’t on the agenda. I showed him my Viator list and he just shook his head. Our 4 hour tour ended up being two hours. Very disappointing.

Disappointment!! - We went into this excursion, thinking we were going to see all the things that were on our tour sheet However, we realized when we were done that we hardly saw any of the highlights that we thought we were gonna see. When we got to the Notre Dame Cathedral, many people had to go to the restroom, and there were a lot of people who had some disabilities. There were no provisions for people with disabilities, and there was no way my husband could climb all those stairs, and there were a lot of them. When I informed the person, not the driver, but the person that was doing all the commentary on the bus, of the situation he told me he was just gonna go down and have my husband pee in the bushes. I was appalled there was no attempt to make a different provision.!! people need to know this! We did see a lot of pretty stuff as we drove around, but it was just nothing like we thought it was gonna be So if you’re down and healthy, and you can climb steps really well, you won’t have to worry, but anybody that has any difficulty at all climbing stairs you won’t be able to see the cathedral. We were disappointed.!!! We spent so much time in traffic, it was really bad and maybe that was part of the reason we didn’t see half of what we thought we were gonna see. Just be aware. I was really hoping to see the picture that they show on the tour explanation, but we didn’t see anything like that.!! OK?

We did not get to go on... - We did not get to go on this trip because the instructions where to meet from our cruise ship were not clear, most of the tours met by the quayside but our tickets showed a dropped pin by the police station. We had no contact from the tour company as all our previous tours had done, so they went without us. Eventually found out that they met at the Seaman’s club opposite the police station, they just needed to send a WhatsApp stating that fact.

Recommend another tour company!! - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Run don't walk away - The guide Paco did not even check tickets or reservations. The bus was oversold which made us late to leave. The driver could barely get us through the road to Notre Dame. The cherry on top was in the Marseille market/marina. We were dropped and instructed to return at 1pm to same location and ........... they were not there. We had to take a $60 taxi back to the cruise ship. How do they stay in business???

No communications from Tour guide - DOMITIA Rep never contacted us; so, when we got off our cruise ship, we couldn’t find him or contact him. When we eventually got a phone number for him - he’d gone without even looking for us! Told me it was our fault as we weren’t at the correct pick-up point (the one he never told us about!!)
