Gorgeous views of Masaya! - Abbott was a wonderful tour guide! I am a solo female traveler so I base tours quickly on how safe I feel. I felt at ease with Abbott right away and knew it would be a great night. Masaya was slightly crowded the night we went but Abbott knew exactly where to go to get the best pictures. The views were stunning and Abbott’s photo taking skills were top notch. I also asked him if he could make a stop on the way and he easily accommodated. Ask for him when you book this tour!

Excellent experience - The volcano was closed due to an earthquake, however the company substituted an island tour on the boat which was nice. This company is reliable and safe.

An experience you can't miss - Incredible experience of being in front of an active volcano. There are no words, only unforgettable memories. For anyone interested in this tour, ask for the guide Cruz Sevilla who was not only attentive but always very professional and pleasant. We are very grateful and do not hesitate to return very soon.

Masaya Volcano at night - We went to the Masaya Volcano in January 2023 during the day and the first thing the guide said was "you should see it at night". Our guide Abbott and driver picked us up in front of our Airbnb in downtown Granada. Abbott was a very knowledgeable local guide and we had lots of discussion about the town and the country on the way to the volcano. Abbott took half our group up to see the sunset and told the rest of us exactly where to stand to get the best view of the lava. Watching the transition from dusk to dark and the brightening of the lava was mesmerizing. Abbott had binoculars for us to watch the lava bubble up close. It was incredible!! A GREAT night!!!

What an experience!!! - This was such an amazing experience:). The company picked me up in Liberia, crossed into Nicaragua, toured around Granada, had a beautiful boat tour (fed monkeys), then visited the volcano for a hike and waited to see the night display of lava. I travelled alone and I felt so safe and taken care of. From the folks on the phone to the drivers, and tour guides, ever detail was thought of and they all took such amazing care of me. I hope to return next year with my friends and stay longer in Nicaragua ❤️❤️❤️ Shelly 🇨🇦

A great evening!!!! - With Manuel the driver and Manuel the guide, 2 really nice people. They came to my hotel to pick me up, and towards Masaya, Manuel (the guide😅) told me the history of the different eras on the volcanic eruptions, the history with the Mayans, or even the more contemporary ones (I'll leave you the pleasure of discover everything with him), he explains things really clearly, it was a bit between Spanish and English (for the moments when I wasn't sure I had understood everything), and to finish a little visit to the museum which gives a better vision about the volcanoes of Nicaragua and the stories he talks about during the volcano tour. Gracias to ustedes

Friendly service - Our guide, Abbott, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Van was clean and comfortable. They perfectly timed our sunset visit to Masaya. Our group paid $40 per person. I wouldn't pay much more than that.

Night time crater viewing - Was crowded and we had to wait ij a long line of cars both getting into the park and then to go up to the crater as they were only letting 15 cars at a time through. Luckily our driver was savvy enough to get us into the second group. The lava was partially obscured due to the wind causing smoke and gas to move around. Glad I went though

The concept and the... - The concept and the Volcano viewing is very cool. Our driver and tour guide were both excellent. The tour itself was terrible. We were asked to be ready an hour earlier so that we could see the sunset which we gladly accepted. We spent 3 hours in the van and missed the sunset completely. We were also told that we only had 7 minutes to see the crater before we had to leave. Best part: We werent even allowed to walk up to get the best view. This was the absolute biggest rip off. You should just drivs yourself or take a taxi and pay the entrance fee... this tour was pathetic. Again... not our guide or drivers fault.
