How to Make a Reservation

• Reservations are made per product (each size).
• If using the product with multiple people, check the calendar in advance to ensure availability for each product (size) on the same day.
• A photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, is required for rental identification, so please bring it with you.
• Reservations are made daily. For multiple-day use, select each desired date on the calendar and add to the cart.

Bicycle Size

• Reservations are made for each bicycle (size: height). Choose from the following sizes:

1. Riding Area
   • Bicycles are prohibited or restricted on many mountain trails.
   • Use only on bicycle paths and public roads.
   • For nature conservation and safety, avoid off-limits areas or unpaved mountain paths.
2. Safety First
   • Wearing a helmet is mandatory (helmets and insurance are included in the rental fee).
   • Follow basic traffic rules.
   • First-time users will receive a brief control explanation before departure.
3. Preparations
   • Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
   • Bring a drink to stay hydrated.
   • Light clothing and rain gear are recommended for sudden weather changes.
   • Free luggage storage is available, provided it is locked.

Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations are accepted up to 3 days before the start of use.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the start of use will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• Special Cancellation Cases
  • If a flight delay prevents service use, a refund will be issued upon submission of a cancellation or delay certificate.
  • Cancellations due to bad weather will be assessed case-by-case, considering the day’s weather conditions.
  • If safety is severely compromised, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Notes on Returning the Bike

• Return the bike within the store’s opening hours on the day.
• If unable to return the bike on time due to unavoidable circumstances, contact the rental store promptly.
• Late returns may affect subsequent reservations, and staff may need to retrieve the bike.
• If staff retrieval is necessary, an additional fee will be charged based on distance and circumstances.
• Details of the additional fee will be provided on each occasion.

Notes on Loss, Theft, and Accidents

• Theft: If your bicycle is stolen, report it immediately. You are responsible for the full rental fee for the contract duration and the full cost of the bicycle, helmet, and any optional accessories. A theft report will be filed with the police. If the bicycle is recovered, ownership reverts to us.
• Loss: If your bicycle is lost, follow the same procedure as for theft. Contact us immediately.
• Accidents: In the event of an accident, contact us immediately. If repairs are needed, you will be charged up to the bicycle’s price.
