To complete the rental contract, you will need to provide an ID or passport and a security deposit of €100, which can be paid in cash or by card and is refundable.

Concerned about getting lost or need ideas for places to visit? No worries! On the day you rent the e-scooter, you will receive a Maspalomas Paper Map with various routes to follow, allowing you to enjoy your journey independently and stress-free.

The rental includes 1 helmet, 1 reflective vest, 1 charger, and a mobile phone holder attached to the top tube of your electric scooter. This allows you to track different routes on Google Maps via your phone and enjoy a self-guided, customized tour tailored to your preferences.

You will also receive free roadside assistance in the Maspalomas area in case of a puncture or vehicle breakdown during opening hours.

Please drive the e-scooter on roads and cycling paths, not on pavements.

The e-Scooter Kick Start has a battery life of approximately 30 km. Battery autonomy may vary based on the rider’s weight, route slope, and level of electric assistance selected. The maximum allowed driver weight is 100 kg.
