Guests will be welcomed at the meeting point in Schiazzano, a charming village surrounded by nature, where the experience begins.
The producer will guide you up the hill on a culinary tour among olive trees and farm animals using the iconic “Ape car.”
Upon reaching the destination, there will be a demonstration on making fresh mozzarella and other dairy products.
Following the initial tasting of excellent local products, guests will be escorted to the beautiful Resort, where the cooking lesson awaits. Together, two traditional dishes will be prepared using locally sourced ingredients.
The menu includes classic eggplant parmigiana and fresh pasta for gnocchi.
Participants can become skilled chefs with simple, flavorful ingredients, and the highlight will be savoring everything on the magnificent terrace overlooking Capri.
