Amazing, beautiful and thought provoking - Sculptureum is the most magical place, they say two hours, it took us all day. Six galleries of the most diverse and wonderful art from around the world, so interesting and life pondering. The sculpture gardens and walks are amazing and thought provoking an amazing achievement for one couple to put together for us to enjoy and admire. We are so lucky Thank you

Definitely worth a visit! - A visit to Sculptureum is not to be missed! I visited during inclement weather, but nothing can take away from the beauty of the gardens and the unique, diverse art pieces outside and in the gallery. Be prepared: even if you are an art lover, as I am, there is a lot in the gallery and it may be overwhelming. Luckily for me, on the morning I went, I was the only visitor when I arrived and had the opportunity to have a wonderful conversation with Karen. She is a delight and was so welcoming. On a side note: Karen recommended Matakana Market Kitchen for lunch and it was a perfect choice. Nice menu selection, yummy food, and good service.

Jaw-dropping! - Whatever you do, do not miss Sculptureum!!! It is an absolutely jaw-dropping experience. Start off with the sculpture trail and delight in the sculptures both huge and small, plus the aviaries and other wildlife. And then… and then enter the galleries. You might think you’ve seen it all, but no… prepare yourself for a WOW factor. Amazing glass and other artwork, both serious and whimsical. Keep your eyes peeled for the tiny creatures too. Go see for yourself. This whole experience will blow your mind.

Best time - We went to this marvelous park today. We were greeted by Karen who was superb in explaining the whole setup. We must say we have been to many displays world wide and this is top of the list. Loved the quotations, so well thought out and all the displays were beautifully presented. You two, Anthony and Sandra, must be congratulated for this wonderful gift you have created. Thanks again to Karen and Les who were so helpful and gave the experience great history. 10 out of 10 from us Best regards Rob and Michele

Fantastic - This was a lovely surprise on our way north to Paihia. The gardens were lovely, the sculptures were a wide variety of styles but all clever and there was something unique and interesting around every corner, the galleries were a showcase of some amazing art pieces combined with some whimsical and fun stuff, delightful. Umbrellas were provided for bad weather and Linda in the lovely gift shop was very helpful and informative. We were there on a very quiet day which helped make our experience more pleasant. Loved this place, very highly recommended

Fabulous gem of a place! - We have driven past here, and knew about it , however we hadn't visited this place at all. Always on the local 'to do' list. Well today we did it, and it was so worth it. From the gift store, to the staff, to the hot chocolate and muffin we had, then we ventured into the grounds themselves. Beautifully set out, and something for everyone. The displays and gardens are just stunning. Then through the indoor gallery to the outdoor modern art sculptures. This is so well worth visiting, and making a day out of it. The overall setting is just fabulous to enjoy for all of the family, through all ages. We intend to go back in another season to see how everything looks then, as it would be ever changing with the seasons.

Weekend at Matakana - Enjoyed driving around the coast line visiting the beaches. The Matakana market was a bustling, vibrant place. The local oysters were delicious.
