Two days of hiking in the Knuckles. - We hiked 2 days with Shalimar. It is a guide competent in fauna and flora. It is very nice and friendly. The stay was well organized. We recommend.

Unforgettable! - A definite highlight from my overall trip in Sri Lanka. We hiked for three days with Shalika, and the logistics of the hike seemed effortless, everything was well organised and the hike route was also well designed, with varying parts of difficulty. Shalika is full of energy, smiling and great company for a long hike. Only comment I have is, I would have felt more confident/comfortable if he could have adjusted to my pace a bit better- felt like I was being left behind sometimes. Overall though a really funny guy and also generous, he shared his lunch with me when I forgot mine 🧡 The views were also so amazing, not only of the mountains, but the paddies, Tamil villages, the forest, waterfalls and bathing pools- a trip I will remember for a long time!! Highly recommend.

Trek 3 days Knuckles Range - 3 day trek really amazing. I learned a lot with Shalika. I recommend to anyone who wants to discover knuckles, Sri Lanka and its customs 😊

Beautiful hike in the Knuckles - I understand why all the reviews are so good, it is indeed perfect, we feasted for 2 days even if it rained on the 1st day. Night in the mountains is an amazing experience. Shalika is one of the best guides we've ever had: thoughtful, competent, passionate. And his cook is very good too. We highly recommend to all those who love nature and hiking. The icing on the cake on the first day we were with 2 super nice young French couples. One of our best memories in Sri Lanka.

Wonderful experience - Amazing experience!!! Wonderful place, surrounded by nature with lots of beautiful discoveries, passing from rice fields, to tea plantations and small local villages. Guide Charly with incredible French, extraordinary knowledge and a good dose of humor, we spent two days out of time. Incredible atmosphere in the evening in good company The planned meals were very delicious as well as the small snacks found by Charly throughout the day I recommend this Trek with Charly 200%, it was one of the most beautiful moments in Sri Lanka for us. C’EST LA VIE!!!!

Amazing - We spent an amazing day with Charlie. We were amazed by the scenery. The flora and fauna are beautiful. Charlie is a great guide who speaks very good French and is very funny. I highly recommend this activity which will be one of the most beautiful of our trip!

My solo trip to Sri Lanka - I would like to thank Charlie for the most wonderful time in Sri Lanka. Everything was amazing from the beginning: welcoming and accommodating people who greeted me with sun shining smile to their country, stay in Kandy with lovely hosts who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable (literally holding lantern in front of me while I was having dinner due to the power shutdown). The next day hiking through rice fields and watching birds - Charlie names all birds name we’ve seen around! Felt motivated by Charlie’s wisdom words and when he said “Look, we started from all the way there and reached this point. Be proud of yourself!” I realized how much we underestimated ourselves in life! Stay in camp base was good enough. Freshly made dinner with other guests and beautiful landscaping! And another great thing - social media detox as there is no connection which made it even more memorable. The visit to tea factory and tea tasting room with a tea cake 🎂! The picturesque view of Sri Lanka while riding a car and looking around was so peaceful. I can’t find enough words to describe how much this trip meant for me. And as for Charlie and his friend who drove us everywhere - thank you guys for putting your heart to the work you do! And as a solo female traveler I felt safe and comfortable, so if you have time and don’t have company (because sometimes it happens girls) I definitely recommend this tour!

Great experience. - Magical experience. Probably our best memory of Sri Lanka. 3 days/2 nights with this great Guide through the Knuckles Mountain. Landscape every day quite different, delicious meal and rich human experience. Exit the tourist itineraries to take full eyes. To do again without hesitation.
