Great, must do - Great views of the city with knowledgeable guide Luca. We enjoyed the cave house tour with a small group, easy to ask questions of the guide. Optional walk up to the rock churches, with more spectacular views of the city.

Anita was a wonderful guide and it was a fabulous event - We took the midday tour with Anita. It was fantastic. Anita was very very friendly and super informative. We visited a traditional cave home which was an amazing eye opener. Anita spoke perfect English. The tour was very well organised and I would highly recommend.

Great introduction to Matera - Anita was our guide. She was so friendly and spoke very clearly in English. She explained everything about her city. The tour took us around the city and included a visit to an interesting cave house. It was just long enough for a good introduction to the amazing history of the town of Matera. I would definitely recommend.

A step back in time... - Matera fantastic city!!! As explained by Anita, a young but experienced guide nice and friendly we got to explore from another point of view, the historical one. I do not deny that I was moved and history for me who are from Rome I have heard a lot but this is different. And I invite everyone to visit Matera because it is a leap into the past that will leave everyone speechless..... as it happened to me. Mauritius

Excellent agency but the guided tour left us a little disappointed. - Matera City Tour found us a guide in record time on a day in Matera unfortunately with bad weather. But we expected that in two hours of driving we could see more things and walk more through the Sassi of Matera, without visiting places with souvenirs.
