A little scary, a lot of fun - This was a great outdoor adventure, both terrifying and exhilarating… sledding down the mountain paths at night. Our original venue was canceled due to lack of snow; Outdoor + organized a similar excursion to an even taller slope, and it was enjoyable for all the family!

Cuidado se nao tem experiencia - The guides are excellent — very attentive, patient, and supportive. There is an initial explanation on how to use the sled, and guides accompany and assist throughout the route. In my case, I even twisted my knee, and a guide supported me the entire time. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about the guides or their assistance. The concern is about the activity itself. Even with the basic training provided, the sled has no mechanical brake, control depends entirely on technique and coordination, and once the descent starts, it is not possible to stop or turn back — you must continue until the end. In addition, almost the entire route runs alongside a precipice, without continuous safety nets or side protection. This level of risk is not clearly explained before the descent begins. For me, falling, getting a bruise, or minor injuries can be part of a fun activity. This situation is different: it involves a serious risk that requires prior experience. For locals, who are familiar with the activity and have the necessary skills, this may not be an issue. For tourists without prior experience, I would not recommend this activity, despite the excellent guidance provided. This information is essential so visitors can make an informed and safe decision.

Highlight of the trip - We had a great time. Complete beginners- our guides really looked after us. We all thought the experience was a highlight of the trip!

So much fun - Highlight of our trip in Switzerland. Had such a great time sledding down the mountain with all the twists and turns. Tour guides were great, and the group I was with was a blast! Highly recommend!

Great Experience - If you like speed and don't mind the snow this is a great experience! Some of the runs got fast, but the instructors are great at assisting where needed.

You might be thinking… - Is this experience worth the cost and the answer is simple… if you love a thrilling experience, beautiful views, and excitement, all in one then the answer is absolutely yes!!! This is not the typical sledding you think of in your backyard, this is fast speed down the mountains with lots of curves and beautiful views. I would absolutely do this again.

March Sledding - Unfortunately we were unable to go sledding. The trip was relocated due to the warm weather and we were unable to get to the meeting point as one of our party was feeling unwell.

Would not recommend - Poor organisation - emailed 3 days before about a change in location, then 1 day before to be told our original date was being cancelled. Rebooked for a different evening. Had to chase the refund for the first night being cancelled. Activity stated maximum guests would be 22 but there was 31 on the tour. One group of very loud lads on the tour impacting on the experience of others - nothing done to try and control this by the team. Had to collect sleds from a very dark room with building materials all over the place and no lighting - health and safety hazard. No consideration for those of us that were less confident on the sledding slopes. One of the guides came whizzing up behind us towards the end making me have to jump out of the way and just carried on past whilst laughing. Overall just a very negative experience for those who are not confident or used to being on these kinds of slopes - would not recommend unless you are confident in what you’re doing. I contacted the company to express my concerns and ask whether we could receive any money back given all of the above and was told no. Very poor customer service and little care shown towards their customers both during the tour and following detailed feedback.
