Fun beautiful sunrise tour - Really cool experience. Wear sweats, bring gloves and hat. Play with your phone to know what to do in low light if you want to photo/film the sunrise. Guides are fun - both in the van on the way up and on the bike ride down. We felt safe on the guided trip down with a lead guide and a van following behind. Bring money for breakfast at the bottom.

Great guided bike tour - The 2am alarm is well worth the sunrise at the top of Haleakala. The driver, Dave, was funny and told great stories. He got us there in one piece! Then we took the bus to the bike site and had a quick safety session, gig our bikes, and headed down the rest of the volcano. Riding down was so amazing. We were not rushed. Our guide, Dru, was also knowledgeable, funny, and very patient. I highly recommend this tour!

Exceeded Expectations - Guides were awesome. Biking was safe and amazing. Schedule was perfect. Wind and low temps at top of mountain were rougher and colder than expected. Bring at least three layers and gloves!

Great views, great experience, and great guide. - What an experience! We rode up the volcano to experience the majestic sunrise, sitting on top of the clouds. We then went to get our bikes and met our guide Drew. His dad jokes the whole time were hilarious. The views were splendid. Drew taught us a lot of history of the island and volcano. He also showed us the best place to eat at lunch. 10/10

An excellent family adventure! - First and foremost dress in layers! It’s colder than expected. Second this was a well run adventure. Russel was our bike guide and he was excellent. My daughter was a bit anxious and he did a great job teaching and making her a better bicyclist. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Great pictures and memories.

Great sunrise but Biking disappointing - Sunrise was amazing . Very early obviously for pick up. The safety measures are important but this is new level regarding how to ride safely . I think reading the group can be assessed by ability of bikers and reminders at every bike stop how to space and be safe is a bit much. BE SURE TO PACK SNACKS AND WATER. it’s a long time with before you eat. Less talking and more biking would be more fun and what we expected . Lots of information on bus ride up the mountain and too much down when biking ; much of which was repetitive .

Unreliable and Unprofessional – They Left Us Stranded at 3AM - This was hands down one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. We booked the Haleakalā Sunrise Tour and were promised a pickup at 2:45 AM. We were waiting on time at the exact pickup location—and no one ever showed up. We waited in the dark for over 50 minutes, tried calling every contact number provided, and got absolutely no response. No call, no text, no email. Nothing. Just silence. It’s completely unacceptable for a tour company—especially one charging premium prices—to leave guests stranded in the middle of the night with zero communication. This wasn’t just disappointing, it was borderline negligent. We woke up at 1AM for what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience—and instead we were ignored and abandoned. If you value your time, money, or basic respect as a customer, look elsewhere. I expect a full refund, an apology, and frankly, a better standard of professionalism than what we experienced. Shameful.

Scam. Took my money and ran. - We had a sunrise tour with a bike ride down the volcano. Our pickup time was scheduled for 1:45am we were waiting from 1:30am. No one came to pick us up at 1:45am. No one came at 2am. No one came at 3am. After over 10 calls during that time with no answer. I finally get a hold of the driver who said I wasn’t on the list. The following morning I called again spoke to multiple people who stated they would look into what happened. No one called me back. Now it’s the following day. I sent multiple emails and asked to speak to the manager/owner Louis. Again another full day and nothing. They took over $1000 from me and I have nothing to show for it and now they are giving me the run around when Im just trying to get my money back.
