- The high altitude at the summit area may complicate health conditions and breathing difficulties. Elderly visitors, pregnant women, young children, and those with respiratory or heart conditions should consult their doctor prior to touring. Walk slowly and drink water to avoid dehydration. If you have gone scuba diving, you should wait at least 72 hours before going on this tour.

Amazing sunset pictures above the clouds - This was one of the most amazing experiences in my life. In fact, I have never been above the clouds to see sunset. I didn’t even know that was the thing. It was an unbelievable view.

Worth every minute - Excellent tour guide. Great stories shared, very interesting. The sunrise was beautiful. Be sure to take warm clothing!!!! It is freezing.

My kids loved the trip, views and food. Mesmerizing! - Very professional. Well planned and educational. Guide is very knowledgeable and awesome high quality food/drinks. Worth the price.

Great guide - Tour guide Gabriel was patient, humorous, and just an overall excellent tour guide. Would definitely recommend. Gave great recs on spots in the area too. Provided food was also awesome. 10:10 would recommend

I was able to learn and enjoy a nice trip. - I learned a lot about the history of Hawaii and I usually get carsick in rides like this but it was very smooth and a nice ride.

Sunset well worth a visit - The view and sunset was unbelievable. The driver was a delight telling fascinating stories on the way about his time in Hawaii and was considerate stopping at Safeway so could have snacks for our journey.

Ordinary and over priced - Ordinary food mostly from Deli section of the supermarket. Cold food with no taste. They take 4 hrs to complete 1.5 hrs trip to the top due to multiple stops on the way. Shuttle does not go the summit, get ready for 0.3 miles hike to the crater. The return trip is more cumbersome as we need to change the shuttle in the mid way.

Overpriced and bad attitude - Overpriced for what is advertised Dinner is sandwich to go from the local restaurant The driver had an attitude from the beginning He should not work in hospitality with such a temper Also needed to change a bus at the end of the trip It would be much cheaper and better experience just to drive there by rental car
