It’s also home to the famous Half Way to Hana Snack stand, offering shave ice, fresh coconut, cold drinks, and the Original Fresh Baked Banana Bread. The Keanae overlook and peninsula provide views of one of Hawaii’s largest taro farms.

• Pua’a Ka’a State Wayside - The waterfall is easily accessible from here. Many enjoy a refreshing dip in the cool waters by the waterfall on a hot day. Wear layered swimwear and bring a change of clothes. Remember to pack towels.
