Off the beaten path activity - Most people don't think of a butterfly farm when planning their tropical vacation, but we had an incredible time interacting with caterpillars and butterflies, especially my dad who loves plants. None of us had ever held a butterfly up close like that before, and we got some great pictures. I recommend checking the farm's website to see if it's cheaper to book directly through there.

We had an amazing time at... - We had an amazing time at the butterfly farm. My toddler also enjoyed himself. It was so cool to interact with the butterflies. One landed on my nose 3 times. Such a good time. Our tour guide was really patient with my son and answered all questions. She was awesome.

Great Experience! - We had a great time! So many butterflies and everyone was able to hold multiple throughout the tour. Our guide was really nice and knowledgeable. There were also food trucks and market next door so we were able to grab some food afterwards.

- Wonderful experience with hands on and interactive activities. You will learn about the life cycle of butterflies as you get to hold caterpillars and butterflies. The tour goes through 3 screened rooms with different activities in each one. The tour groups are small and everyone gets a chance to participate. The guide was very friendly and you could see that she really enjoyed sharing her knowledge. An amazing experience that is highly recommended.

Good experience - Very knowledgeable staff. Information as well as hands on experiences. The tour started with learning about the butterfly cycle, and seeing the different stages. The next 2 areas included butterfly interaction. Would do again.

We had such a great time... - We had such a great time learning all about the butterflies! The kids especially loved getting to hold the caterpillars and interact with the butterflies up close. It was such a fun and memorable experience for all of us.

- This was a nice short little tour where we got to see and hold a few types of butterflies, caterpillars, and even some mantises. You don’t have to hold them, but our guide, Alicia showed us an easy way to pick up the butterflies if you wanted to. You can also just enjoy standing in the butterfly enclosure and watching the butterflies flutter around. If you’re a bug lover, like me, this was a fun tour. And if you don't know how to tell a male from a female monarch butterfly, you can learn that on this tour! They also offer butterfly wing earrings to take home, if you are so inclined.

Lots of Beautiful Butterflies - I loved it, it was very cool considering I love butterflies. The praying mantis were a plus and cool to see up close
