A must do in Maui - Great tasting for 12 of us, very friendly and accommodating servers. A must stop and experience whole in Maui. Did chocolate tasting and purchased many to take home. Great chocolate

This is a must visit for anyone who loves chocolate like I do... - What an experience as everyone needs to make this happen. We brought the whole family and the tour, tasting, and presentation was exceptional. I would do this all over again the next time I am in town again....

Must do! - Excellent gourmet chocolate. We have done the farm and the factory tour and would recommend both. The owner and founder does the factory tour and you sample along the way. He has a very interesting story to go along with the factory tour and you end the tour with a chocolate tasting where you can add shakes, alcoholic beverages or even lunch. Its low key but very interesting and informative.

Amazing! - How cacao is processed: wow! Gunnar’s passion for perfection: amazing! Originally i felt the cost was a little high for a chocolate factory tour… after listening and learning all about Ku’ia growing, processing and manufacturing… worth every penny! They even give you a $$ back towards chocolate purchases! I have truly never tasted chocolate that pure, NO bitterness, and made with unbelievably pure flavors added! You will be a “chocolate snob” for the rest of your life! 😆 What this factory and its owner/operator do for chocolate, the local community and educating people about how cacao gets from the pod on the tree to the chocolate bar is well worth your time and cost!

Fun and delicious tour - An incredibly informative tour, the owner does all the tours and explains everything very well. We asked lots of questions and really enjoyed seeing how their delicious chocolate is made. The tour ends with a chocolate tasting, lots of delicious flavors as well as their main dark and dark milk. Highly recommended this.

Charlie, you're in the chocolate factory! - It's like you're live in an episode of How'd They Make That, or in a chocolate-making documentary. A total hidden gem on Maui and an overall excellent experience. The factory tour is given by the founder and owner himself. He is brilliant and very friendly answering questions and explaining every detail of chocolate making from farming, sourcing, manufacture, and distribution. I never knew anything about how chocolate is made, until now. We left feeling like we were chocolate experts, and for that matter chocolate snobs I don't mind saying. Highly recommend doing the factory as well as the farm tour.

Great chocolate - Learned quite a bit about making chocolate that was interesting. Also, that finding baking chocolate is as good as Maui Chocolate will be tough. When they say melts in your mouth, this really does. We were very impressed by the fact that Sunday tours income is donated to different causes. I admire companies that give back. Looking forward to our home delivery.

Fascinating and delicious! - Very educational and informative tour by the founder of the chocolate factory. We were shown the entire process from the nut growing to the finished product. We were given samples and a $25.00 gift certicate. Delicious chocolate.

The Chocolate Experience You Deserve - Gunnar, the owner, was our tour guide and he was exceptional! His commitment to his craft, expertise and energy is infectious! We learned about the entire process of making great, quality chocolate. Starting with raw materials through packaging was explained. As a consumer, I was impressed that each type of chocolate (Dark Chocolate, Dark Milk Chocolate - amazing surprise, and soon, new Sugar Free) has it’s own processing containers, assuring consumers they are eating only what they’ve been promised in it’s purest form. Natural flavors from the farm are delicious additions to the chocolate. And by the way, OMG lives up to its name! The kind and knowledgable staff makes the tasting a great finish to the tour. And when you go to the factory store, there are also wonderful people, who will offer options for your chocolate cravings and budget. This tour is worth your time and money. Your understanding and appreciation for quality chocolate and the people who make it will be forever changed.
