Private hidden coconut/mango tour hidden gem! - This mango and coconut orchard tour is very new. The tour information person at our hotel had not even heard of it. Luckily, we had the contacts phone number because we did get lost getting there as the website posted the wrong address. But once we got going, we were, on a private tour of a beautiful, coconut and mango orchard that was very much a personal tour. Our guide was the owner of this farm land and he and his family live there and have students that come stay in huts to help take care of the vegetation. Everything is organic and it was. very informational and informative. He cut up a Coconut for us, shredded it, and squeezed the milk from it. We were given mangoes and a lot of fresh vegetables to take back with us to our hotel where we cooked them all for dinner a couple nights later. I highly recommend this little known tour.

Communications could have been better. We were unable to complete the adventure. - We bought this tour for six of us. We waited at the designated place for the start of the adventure and no one showed up. After 30 minutes and being questioned by the helpful worker at the recycling center we left. Not sure if I missed something, but there was no communication before or after the tour. There is no contact information, to help resolve the issue.

Stood up by Viator - inexcusable - Extremely disjointed with viator. Set up this activity some time ago. Apparently the orchard was destroyed by the Lahaina fires and this was conveyed to viator by the operator. Viator was happy to take my money, but left me to be embarrassed when i called the to ur operator to confirm pickup and was told that he hadn't run the tour since the fires.
