- Please note any food allergies at the time of booking. Menu is self-service buffet and subject to change without notice.
- Please provide a phone number than can receive text messages. Your table assignment and check in time will be texted to you two days before your activity.
- Dependent on crowd size, weather, and time of sunset, luau start/end times will vary throughout the year.
- The luau is an outdoor activity. Dress code is aloha casual, and hat, sunscreen and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
- Infants and toddlers (age 0-5) are free but must be included in the headcount on your booking if they require a seat/booster/highchair.
- Tables can accommodate a maximum of 12 chairs. Larger parties will be split between adjacent tables.
- Please notify the luau in advance if bringing a service dog.
- Guests requiring assistance to the luau grounds should make this request at the bell desk.
- For the safety of our cast, no flash photography or videography is allowed.

Luau Sheraton Resort and Spa - The luau at the Sheraton Resort and Spa was incredible. The food was delicious and the dancers were so great! We had a wonderful evening. Thank you!

It was a wonderful... - It was a wonderful experience! Everyone in our family loved it! The buffet was great! Would recommend spending the extra for the preferred seating! Highly recommend!

Luau at the Sheraton - We were in Maui for a day with our cruise. I chose this luau as opposed to the luau our cruise ship was offering and I am glad I did!
This was such a great experience we paid the little extra for the VIP seating, totally recommend doing that!
They had activities for us to do, there was a few vendors to purchase jewelry and wood carvings.
The show was great and the story telling.
My family and I had a great time!

Engaging night perfect for your kickoff to a Hawaiian vacation - Our family of 6 (includes kids aged 9, 10 and 12) had a great time at the Maui Nui Luau at the Sheraton. Our son has celiacs and everything was clearly marked or you could get a separate meal made. The food was great and had a lot of variety. the performances and entertainment was very engaging. Fresh floral leis, "tattoos", and other activities for the kids. Seats were prearranged so don't stress about being there right at 430pm to line up (in my opinion). Seating varies based on who is sitting in between you and the stage with their height so that is the only concern I'd have with the table placement. Great experience.

Good time! - The food was good and they offered activities before the food and show. Everyone gets a lei when you arrive and you can get a flower for your hair, temporary tattoos, play a traditional game and much more. It was worth it.

Great food and well organized - Best Luau food we’ve ever had and it was well organized
Pay the extra for preferred entry for no entry line,better seats and going to the buffet line first
The reason it didn’t get 5 stars was the show was a half hour longer than it should’ve been but the fire dancers were incredible but the last to go on
Definitely worth going!

Overpriced and underwhelming - This was my first and most likely last luau! Wish I had out the $200/person towards a different experience.
Pros:
- staff was great
- beautiful resort
- good entertainment
Cons:
- very small stage
- very difficult to see
- food was average

Be prepared… - The luau and entertainment were good; however, finding the place and dealing with parking were a nightmare. No one knew where to go to get in or out. We could have used specific directions- especially those who have never been in the area or the hotel.
