Absolutely breathtaking - Our guide Alec was great, gave us a rundown of what the journey would entail and safety expectations. He made sure we all felt comfortable when getting in the water and made sure everyone was good before starting our journey. He pointed out different marine life and we saw so many sea turtles on the trip! The only thing I didn’t like was when it was over! I could’ve stayed there for hours. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to snorkel in Maui

Robbie the guide was... - Robbie the guide was great. Ended up being just me, my 8YO, and Robbie. He was very comfortable in the area we were in and was flexible in making sure we had a good time. Spent around and hour in the water which was the right amount of time. Was a good way to be introduced to snorkeling and get more comfortable so next time we could go unguided.

Nervous snorkeler had a blast! - We booked this tour because it looked like a great fit for beginners and it really was. On a previous snorkeling trip I wasn’t able to leave the stairs of the boat and felt too nervous to get in the water. But on this tour Robbie was super patient and kind, guiding us the entire time. We ended up snorkeling for almost an hour and saw turtles, fish, and even an octopus. We went right in from the shore and I think that made things easier to get comfortable at the start! Such an amazing experience for first timers. Highly recommend.

Last Day was the BEST DAY!!!!! - This is a great deal especially for beginners like myself. Me and my husband were the only ones in our tour and had a blast with Joe and Stefany or Stephanie I am unsure of the spelling but she was amazing as well. She made me feel safe and gave me a great deal of confidence I needed thank you beautiful lady. Very cool vibes and even better service. If you are on the fence about the jet scooters DO IT!!! I am not the best swimmer but felt a lot more comfortable with this for support. Easy to operate when you follow directions. We saw turtles, an octopus, fish and a sting ray. Bring ear and nose plugs that sea water almost took me out!!! Joe is a fast swimmer so tighten up!!! Thank you so much Joe for taking awesome pictures and videos for us to remember this amazing experience for years to come. Bottom line yea you could try this on your own but NEXT TIME!!! Let the pros show you how it’s done!!

Amazing experience I came solo, Joe was a great guide and action shot camera man turtles were out having fun with us! - I came solo on this experience and It was amazing. Joe took care of explaining everything safety wise perfectly and let us practice on shallow water before going in snorkeling deeper to see the ocean life. We saw turtles a school of fish and others. He was in there with us guiding us and taking pictures of us every step of the way. At one point I thought we wouldn’t see turtles but Joe reminded us to be patient after all turtles are on island time they eventually came out the cave we swam to and they said hello. Definetly will be back with my son once he gets better at swimming

It's a must! - We had an amazing time. Our guide Joe was awesome. He joined us on our tour. Took us to a private area, showed us some amazing things, took photos and videos. That's all included in the price which I could not find with any other companies. Eveyone was super friendly and I highly recommend using them for your adventure!

Beautiful Experience - Robbie, our instructor and guide, was kind, skilled and very patient with our group. We had a couple individuals that were not strong swimmers and needed assistance getting out to our snorkeling location. He provided excellent instruction, opportunities for pictures with sea life, and simply a good time. No turtles were touched but, MAN, they were so close. It was cool. The area was beautiful and we got to see mesmerizing reefs. Our family was able to truly enjoy the experience because Robbie provided us with amazing photos. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

Family Snorkeling Maui 2025 - What a wonderful time! Loved seeing the turtles so close up! The pictures taken of us were fantastic! The crew was very thoughtful and helpful from start to finish. The only suggestion I have would be to change the description. It says for non-swimmers/beginners. I’m older but still a decent swimmer. I have snorkeled off a boat with several stops and did fine but it was hard for me to swim the quarter mile there and back, especially when my mask kept filling up with water. In fairness though, I was offered the opportunity to rent a motorized swimming aid to help but I didn’t think I needed it. Thankfully, our guide Robbie pulled me and my sister along when we needed it! All in all, it was great and I would recommend. Mahalo!

Very helpful and kind instructor - We are first time snorkeling, our instructor Raavi was very informative and helpful. Throughout the trip he was keep checking with us and he almost pulled the boogie board entire trip. We really appreciate his help and showing us the sea turtle, star fish and many other different species and colorful fishes. Our special thanks to Raavi.

2 hours really isn’t 2 hours. - It states that it’s approx 2 hours for activity. Feel rather misled about time. Meet up location is in a parking lot Meet up is 8am. By the time everyone is given safety brief, fitted for correct size equipment, driven out to snorkeling spot (after an unexpected stop at bosses home to pick something up) normal drive time is 7 minutes. Were not in the water until 9am. I was waiting for family on shore and looked at time when they were in water and headed to spot. They were back at original meet up location at 10am on the dot. When you factor in driving time for return (7 mins) and getting equipment off, that’s less than 45 mins actual snorkeling. We also rented 2 snorkeling scooters at 50 dollars each for less than 45 mins of use. I would not of spent an extra 100 for less than 45 mins if I would have known, and would not of spent 267.00 for less than 45 mins as well originally. Just bummed out that when it says 2 hours that’s not really what it means. Feels like didn’t get what I payed for.
