VIATOR Can't Be Trusted to be Accurate - This was not as described on Viator. VIATOR listed snorkeling, sun screen, water provided, equipment provided--all NOT on the WHALE WATCH trip. Also VIATOR photos showed a boat with shaded cover--not the open pontoon we were given. BOOK DIRECTLY with the company--the info is accurate in their site. It was a good experience, and the company did all they could do. But this was not what we thought we signed up to do.

Best snorkeling! - Our crew were fantastic! They took us to reefs that were full of life! Absolutely incredible . Their confidence and knowledge of local spots and wildlife only added to the experience. We will be back to explore more with this group for sure

Snorkel - Have never snorkeled before and felt very comfortable after my "Snorkel 101" with Captain Paul. It was a little crowded in the water, but a good first time experience.

The best experience in Maui - I went on 8 different adventures while in Maui including two different snorkeling trips. This snorkeling trip was by far the best. We snorkeled in a area with only 13 people. We saw turtles, eel and plenty of fish. On the way back we saw a pod of 75+ dolphins. Lunch was great. The boat was awesome. The crew was fabulous!!!

Great snorkeling and swim with massive turtles!! - Nothing will ever beat the experience of swimming next to 6 massive turtles! Coral reefs, an array of fish and we even saw a small shark! Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Only downside was that it was crowded on the boat. But overall a terrific experience that I would definitely recommend

Ideal outing for my tween and I - First mate Sarah and Captain Emma did a phenomenal job guiding us on a tour of the sea life, facilitating our turtle snorkeling, and providing a memorial experience for me and my daughter. I really appreciated the small group setting and individualized attention and the ride around the island was an unexpected treat. I highly recommend them for a more authentic experience.

Great whale watching experience - Once again this company does not disappoint !! The staff and crew are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. While the whale activity will vary from trip to trip what remains the same is the good time you are provided ! Each trip we learn a bit more about everything from the whales to the marine life to life on the island. VERY highly recommend this company !!! We got very lucky with whale activity on our trip and you know it is a good whale day when even the staff are excited !!

Great time, does not include snorkeling - I called TripAdvisor's number to ask if this tour includes snorkeling and was told that it does. When we got there it was clear that it did not. The directions to the meeting point is very unclear to the point of being wrong. It brings you to the mall nearby but there is no instructions where to go afterwards. The directions of the beach from the parking lot is not at all obvious. I had to call (the phone number to the company has no option to just talk to an agent, I had to choose option 4 as if I were going to buy another tour to get to talk to someone) to find directions. Once we got over the hurdles, the actual whale watching experience was good.
