Tastey and incredible! - Couldn’t ask for a better person to be our tour guide for the day, Paola was very informative and helpful in understanding the different types of food and spices. We’ll be back soon to do a cooking class with her. Five Stars across the Board 😎

Incredible experience!! - Exploring Mazatlán’s culinary scene with my brother was an unforgettable experience, thanks to our incredible guide, Paola Osuna. From the very start, Paola’s expertise and passion for local cuisine shone through as she led us to hidden gems we never would have discovered on our own. Each stop on the tour felt like stepping into a secret world of flavors that define the soul of Mazatlán. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the food itself—each dish a revelation. We tasted manta ray, smoked marlin, and octopus and shrimp tacos, all prepared in ways that showcased the rich traditions of coastal Mexican cuisine. Every bite was an adventure, introducing us to textures and flavors we never expected but absolutely loved. Paola’s knowledge, warm personality, and ability to weave stories about the dishes and their origins made the tour more than just a food-tasting experience—it was a deep dive into Mazatlán’s culture and history. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or simply someone eager to explore authentic flavors, this tour is an absolute must. Mazatlán's culinary treasures are waiting to be discovered, and with a guide like Paola, the journey is guaranteed to be extraordinary. Does this match what you had in

An amazing opportunity to see a very interesting side of Mazatlan - Paola was an awesome tour guide. She is very knowledgeable about so many different things in Mazatlan. We visited things from shrimp boats to obscure street food stands with detailed explanations about each stop. We sampled a lot of different food, each and every item was absolutely fresh and delicious. I can't recommend this tour with Paola highly enough.

Highly recommend this tour - Paola Osuna’s Mazatlan’s Routes of Taste & Tradition Food tour this past week was over 4 hours of valuable information on Mazatlan, specifically, & Mexican, generally, culture as well as very delicious, out of the ordinary, food choices that encouraged both those new to Mazatlan & those who have lived here for years to venture beyond the ordinary.

The best food tour - Paola's food and culture tour was the best! We sampled Mexican cuisine from small restaurants and street vendors. Even stopped for a beer. Visited the shrimp boat fleet. Had a great time and learned a lot. Thanks Paula.

All the flavours! - Wonderful food tour with a side helping of history. Paola is a native of Mazatlán and as such is a wealth of information! We sampled ceviche, empanadas, artisan ice cream and many types/varieties of tacos. All in all an excellent taste experience and one we highly recommend!
