Great Transportation Company - Wonderful transportation company. Was there when we arrived, at our hotel as scheduled on our departure day, and got us to the airport on time. Highly recommend for a larger group.

Great service - 100% would recommend this company for your round trip to and from the airport. The owner Hector was very attentive and flexible as our initial day of arrival got pushed back a day. Was worried they would just cancel our service, but no he put me at ease and said whenever we flew in day or night they would be there waiting for us. And as is, the driver Juan Carlos was the best. He waited with a sign make sure I would see, once in the van he had cold water waiting for us. On our way to our Airbnb he gave us recommendations to do around town and actually told us good restaurants not just the popular ones. At drop off he asked for our departure day and time we agreed one a time for pickup which ended up getting there 10mins earlier which was appreciated. Great company, with great service would use them again!

Smooth ride - The transportation was amazing especially the driver Carlos. He was prompt, professional and courteous. The van was clean (spotless actually) very spacious and very great temperature for us. The ride was smooth and flawless. The driver was super helpful with helping my mother into the van and out due to her mobility issues.

Fernando was wonderful. ... - Fernando was wonderful. He was very kind and made trip recommendations. The overall cost was extreme but I did not know better. I felt very safe for the entire trip.

I'm sold on this one. - Very professional. Clean, neat but more importantly, on time! Plus I felt very safe which is a BIG plus after being in an accident in a previous trip a few years back.

Great customer service - They were the best in customer service, they were already waiting for us at the airport when we arrived with our name in a board, made it so much easier.

Book round trip - Prompt & profesional, definitely book round trip. Hard to find one way back to airport. Highly recommend.

Do not use! They do not listen to the transport company and lie to customer - My husband is a full time wheelchair user and can not walk therefore we try to find a transport company with an accessible vehicle. Viator told me they had that in Mazatlan. I booked it. I then reached out again a few weeks before we left. They confirmed it was accessible. The day we were leaving our flight was delayed due to weather. I messaged them as soon as I knew and they said they would advise the transport company. While in the air I received a message from transport company saying they saw our flight was cancelled and were confirming. I answered that the Regina portion of our flight was cancelled but we were still coming, however two people were not making it now just me and the wheelchair user. They said yes we have room for the wheelchair which made me question the accessibility. I also reached out to Viator again. The transport company told me no it was not accessible but Viator assured me again we would be able to get in with help. Long story short we got to airport and the transport company could not get us in to the van. We had to look for alternative ways to get to resort. They will not refund all of our money as they had to wait at airport for us and we did not cancel. I feel like this is there fault and not ours. Viator is just in it for money. I do not blame the transport company as they told me they told Viator they were not accessible.
