They don't just sell trips; they sell memories and experiences. I wholeheartedly recommend Nhlalala Travel. - The trip definitely exceeded our expectations. We took the 4-day Kruger + Panorama tour.
Let's start from the beginning: we handled all the formalities with Norman, who was always very quick to respond to all our questions. We wanted to maximize our time in the park. We were glad that extending our trip by one day wasn't a problem at all. All costs were clearly explained, as were the payment methods.
Khongi, who was an incredible companion for the trip from Johannesburg to Kruger and back, picked us up from the airport hotel. He was also our guide on the Panorama tour. We felt like we'd known him forever; he was incredibly interesting, but he also showed us and explained many things. We felt taken care of the entire time because we had constant contact, and even after a full day of safari, he called to make sure everything was okay and to confirm the next day's plans.
The hotel itself also exceeded our expectations. The rooms looked even better than in the photos, and the breakfast buffet or takeaway box on our departure morning was truly filling and varied. The dinner buffet offered a huge selection of delicious dishes.
The safari trips were also well-organized, and even though we were with other people, it was relaxed and everyone could see what they wanted.
In short, we couldn't have chosen a better place. Khongi, his care, and the overall experience made us not want to go back home. I'm always wary of using travel agents and prefer to handle everything myself, but they exceeded all our expectations at all. They don't just sell trips; they sell memories and experiences. I wholeheartedly recommend Nhlalala Travel.

Best Safari experience! - My boyfriend and I booked a 3-day Safari in Kruger with Nhlalala and we couldn’t be happier with it! Norman was very helpful throughout the planning process and he was very available and got back to us quickly anytime we had questions for him.
We were guided by Loyd, a nice young man who picked us up at our hotel in Johannesburg and drove us all the way to Kruger. He gave us lots of insights on South Africa and precious trips we made treasure of during the rest of our trip in SA. We had three game drives (sunset, full day and sunrise) and we were lucky enough to see all the big fives and then relaxed at a nice lodge where everyone was nice and helpful. We couldn’t recommend it more :)

Fantastic Safari - This 3-day safari to Kruger could not have been better. Tour operator Norman Mlambo was in constant contact with me, checking in and making sure everything was alright. All the logistics were meticulously planned and implemented, including pick-ups, meals, and safari game drives. Norman is an exceptional tour organizer. My driver and guide, Loyd Makhubele, was with me every step of the way. He picked me up at my hotel in Johannesburg, drove me to Kruger via the spectacular Panorama Route, picked me up and drove me to all my game drives in Kruger (including one at 4 a.m. for a pre-sunrise drive!) and got me to the Mpumalanga Airport to catch my flight to Victoria Falls. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I was lucky to have him as my guide. I was in Africa for over 3 weeks, and this tour was only 3 days, but it gave me some of the most memorable moments of my whole trip. Thank you to Norman and Loyd!

Kruger Park visit - Able to watch the Big 5 in their own environment. This is a unique experience completely different to a zoo. On the way back we took the Panoramic route for some breathtaking views. The park guide, Happiness, and that is her real name,was fantastic. Our driver for the round trip from Johannesburg was Loyd who was patient with us and made of feel safe. Overall a great experience. Felix

Life Changing Experience - Khongi was fantastic! He went over and beyond to exceed our expectations. We knew from other reviews this would be a great experience but we had no idea what we were in store for! He was timely, approachable, accommodating, professional and has a great personality. He helped us to get to the places we needed and helped us to understand a lot of history in the country. Throughout the trip he drove us and also shared meals with us. If you’re a young group or couple we recommend requesting him.

Great experience - We had a beautiful trip. Khongi is kind, knowledgeable and a safe driver. He was always on time and patient with us. We had a great time and are so impressed by the panorama tour and all the animals we got to see. We strongly recommend Nhlalala Travel for families and everyone else.

Utterly Amazing and Completely Unforgettable Experience - Absolutely brilliant. Everything was organised really well. The stay at the Sabie River Lodge and the three day Safari and Panorama drive were amazing. The staff always kept us informed of our schedule and were so helpful. A big thank you to Norman and Khongi who organised our three days. Absolutely brilliant! a big thanks to France our safari driver, who knew so much about all the animals and birds we saw.

Fabulous but let down by travel company - Fantastic trip , fantastic driver and guide , so why 1 star , well read on .
5 mins into tour we were informed by phone to driver from Norman that there was a demonstration at Kruger and therefore had to change trip .
This resulted in us having to do day and sunset safari back to back , a 16 hour day , when they should have been separate days .
We also landed back in Joburg 5 hours early on 3rd day . We then heard our driver getting another job during the time we had paid for .
By the way , we must have asked a dozen people at hotel and Kruger Park , there was no unrest or demonstration .
Norman offered no compensation , Viator don’t seem interested , so no more Viator after this holiday I think .
Kruger was superb though .
