Boarding the vehicle: Once the driver arrives at the pickup location, the passenger must board the vehicle. The driver must help the passenger with their luggage, if necessary.
Transfer to destination: The driver will take the passenger to the destination specified in the reservation. During the transfer, the driver must respect all traffic regulations and ensure that the passenger reaches his or her destination safely and comfortably.
