Chocolate Farm in the Andes - What a fantastic experience! The farm itself is beautiful and learning the journey from cacao pod to chocolate bar was fascinating. But the real highlight was our guide, Laura. She was warm, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. The tastings were delicious (who knew chocolate could taste so different at each stage?) and Laura made the whole process come alive. If you’re visiting Medellín, don’t miss this tour and definitely ask for Laura.

Amazing day! - Our tour with Erika was absolutely amazing! She took us on a wonderful adventure to a chocolate farm where we got to learn, taste, and experience so much local flavor. After that, she guided us on an unforgettable climb up the rock in Guatapé. Erika was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day feel fun and seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide—thank you, Erika, for making this such a memorable experience!

“Chocolate, Guatapé & Medellín – Erika Made It Incredible!” - Erika was an amazing guide! We spent two days with her and had the best experience. On day one, she took us to a chocolate farm where we hiked through the mountains, learned how cacao is harvested, and even made our own chocolate bars. Later we visited Guatapé, climbed the rock, and enjoyed all the history and stories she shared along the way. Day two was just as great—Erika showed us around Medellín, including a cable car ride with incredible views and a visit to Las Independencia where she explained the culture and history in such a meaningful way. Erika is professional, friendly, and so knowledgeable. She made everything fun and easy. Highly recommend booking with her—you won’t regret it!

Lovely Afternoon at the Farm - My chocolate farm experience with Erika was fantastic! The farm is nestled in the mountains amongst lush cocoa bean and fruit trees not too far outside of Medellin. Learning about how cocoa beans are grown and processed was fascinating and I really enjoyed making my own chocolate bar. The host family was very kind and it was a real treat to be welcomed into their home. The views from the farm are spectacular. We had a nice afternoon breeze and saw lovely birds and butterflies. Erika is a wonderful guide - her love for Medellin and the surrounding area really shined through. She made me feel super comfortable the entire tour and I really appreciated all of the insights she provided into local culture. Definitely book this tour!

Guatapé & Chocolate Farm Tour - This was the most magical day! Laura is truly a special soul and her positive energy is beautifully genuine and infectious. She went above and beyond expectations and by the end of the day my cheeks hurt from smiling and laughing so much. I can’t imagine having had a better experience. I’m incredibly grateful.

Boost your coffee brew game - Not for the faint of heart. Some very steep hills, and your lungs will complain, but the air is clean, and the nature is all around you. Your coffee will never taste the same again.

Great private tour! Perfect for family and groups - Erika was our family's tour guide and I know she made this experience as amazing as possible. The views were spectacular for the whole ride to the coffee farm, that alone was worth it but why Erika made our day was because she was beyond prepared. She had a sixth sense and insisted on ponchos for us during our short hike. We would have been soaked if it wasn't for that. Our mom also has difficulty walking and Erika had an extra hiking pole to lend her which made the hike bearable for her (a first). If you speak with the company, they are happy to make changes to schedules and accommodate. Erika also spoke the best English of all the tour guides I encountered in Medellín, which meant she was able to explain things in detail. Due to traffic, we were delayed to a lot of places but never felt rushed by Erika. Overall I would 100% recommend this tour especially with our guide. It a long day but worth it!
