Solo Female traveler approved - Mateo was an amazing guide. He provided us a short history lesson of the area and gave an amazing tour. We were even able to walk by the house he currently resides in. we got to see a private street performance along with AMAZING photos of our experience. never felt unsafe.

The best tour of Medellin - Awesome! We've never seen anything like this. Our guide Carlos explained the whole story and it felt like being in a movie eating divine snacks in Commune 13! 100% recommended, you cannot go through Medellin without doing this tour. Don't stop going even if it rains

Amazing - This was one of my favorite tours-ever. I am so grateful for Carlos and the passion he brings into this tour. I liked that English was separate to not take away from anyone (instead of speaking twice and translating). It was an amazing experience much thanks to carlos 10/10 I learned so much- and from the source. I am humbled and inspired by the resilience of communa 13 and all of medellin

Great experience at Comuna 13! - Kevin was an amazing tour guide, and gave us a great overall picture of the community and socio political environment of the area. We experienced great food, music and entertainment along the way. I would highly recommend this tour!
