Great Day / Great Guide - What a fabulous tour! We started by taking the Metro and gondola(s) up to Arvi. Fascinating to see the life up in the hills and then encounter a sea of green below. Definitely ask to include a 30-45 min walk into the canopy as part of your tour (and maybe plan to come back for a whole day in the park). Then down to Plaza Botero which was magical including lunch outside overlooking the sculptures and the city life. And finally up to the delightful and colorful chaos and energy of Comuna 13. So much to see, hear, taste and experience. Our guide, Carlos, was amazing. (Carlos Medellin-contact me so I can return your independiente hat) So friendly, thoughtful and filled with interesting stories and anecdotes about Medellin, its history, culture, food. He’s really special and he took extra care to make sure that my mom and I had a fabulous day.

Spectacular! - Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. Jorges-Andres was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and has an infectious passion for the city of Medellin. We felt welcomed, safe, and invigorated the entire excursion. We explored parks, buildings, tasted local street food, and rode multiple gondolas and public transit systems. Wear comfortable walking shoes and buckle up for an unforgettable time.

Arvi Park and Comuna 13 Tour - Veronica was a wonderful tour guide. Her knowledge of the tour sites was impressive. She has a true passion for her work. Arvi park view was incredible. The Communa 13 history and murals were. Interesting. All locations visited were interesting.

A great tour - My guide David and his driver picked me up at the hotel in "El Poblado" around 8:45 am. We were then driven to the station of the Metro Cable (cable car), which transported us to Arvi Park. Driving over the rooftops of Medellin is a must in my view when you are here. After a walk in Arvi Park, we took the cable car back to the city and the metro towards the center, where we looked at the sculptures in Plaza Botero. Afterwards we drove in the car to El Pueblito Paisa, from whose terrace you have a good view over the city of Medellin. At the end of the tour we watched the "Comuna 13". After the "ascent" with the escalators we looked around a bit on foot and finally we had a mango ice cream with lime juice and salt. This is definitely a "must try" when you are in Comuna 13. David informed me in good English about all the sights, answered all my questions in detail and was a very pleasant guide. He kept asking me attentively if I needed anything or wanted to see anything else. The driver was also very pleasant and maneuvered the car very safely and reliably through the streets of Medellin. Definitely a recommendation from me! Due to the circumstances that we completed the tour on a Sunday, there was little traffic. Even at the individual stops there was not as much going on as on other days. Especially in the "Comuna 13" it can look different, David told me. For this reason the tour was (timewise) a bit shorter, but definitely successful and I saw everything I wanted to see.
