Fantastic Coffee Tour in Medellin - Our coffee tour with Oscar was one of our top 5 moments in over 50 years of world travel. The experience was absolutely amazing, we learned so much and had a laugh at the same time. The combination of Oscar sharing his extensive knowledge alongside the hands-on aspects (and delicious coffee) made this a must-do for anyone visiting Medellin. You will gain a whole new appreciation for coffee!

Medellin, statues and fruit - We had an amazing time with Henry viewing the city. It started with him picking all 6 of us up from our AirBNB. We started by visiting a bustling local market. We had a fruit tasting there. Even the Colombians in the group tasted new fruits, it was almost all new to me and all of it was amazing, especially the hijo, the watermelon tasting fruit.
We saw the house where Pablo Escobar met his fate and we learned some of the history surrounding the event. The downtown was still full of life even if we did our tour on a Sunday. I particularly enjoyed the statues donated to the city and learned that the Wall Street bull was also a donation from the same artist.
Henry was really flxible with the tour so that my 84 yearold dad was also able to attend and enjoy Medellin.

First timer in Colombia with senior - I decided on the 4 hour Medellin city tour because my Father is elderly and we did not want to do anything too strenuous. This was such a perfect way to see and learn about Colombia, its history, and people. Oscar took his time to explain everything to us from the moment he picked us up at our AirBnb. He made us feel extremely comfortable and my Father was especially happy to hear he spoke excellent English. Highly recommend to get a taste (literally tasted local fruits!!) of the local scenes and history of Medellin. Tip - book on a Sunday morning to avoid crowds!

Wonderful tour!! - We were blown away by this tour!!! So much fun, so many things to do and we learned a lot about Medellín. Yuly was an exceptional tour guide! She was attentive, informative, fun and made us feel like family! There’s so much to see and do in the Comuna. Yuly never made us feel rushed and we always felt encouraged to take our time and soak in the experience. We would definitely book with her again!!!

Great Medellin city tour - Oscar was very an awesome guide - knowledgeable, professional and passionate about Medellin. The tour well paced and Oscar gave thoughtful insight into Medellín’s history and transformation. Oscar accommodated our itinerary and the tour was very personalized. Highly recommend!

Best choice to explore Medellín! - Oscar was the perfect tour host to explore the history and beauty of Medellin. Every stop was perfect, but the highlight was the visit to Comuna 13 - a fully alive, colorful, and exhilarating community that recognizes the horrors of the past but celebrates life! Walked right into the history of Medellin! - Our private city tour on Nov 3rd, was eye opening. Oscar, our guide, was very knowledgeable, personable, and fun! He provided us with an insiders look into the history of the city, as well as the stories behind the building architecture and art of Botero. More, we had a deeply moving visit to the memory museum on the tour and a tasty visit to a fruit market - both an absolute must. Strongly recommend this tour and Oscar, if you visit Medellin! In fact, this was our second tour with Oscar on our trip!

Best tour!! - I had the pleasure of going on a city tour with my guide, Andres, and it was nothing short of amazing! He was incredibly attentive, making sure I was comfortable and engaged throughout the entire tour.
What really stood out was Andres' deep knowledge of the local culture, history, and hidden gems. He shared fascinating insights and stories that truly brought the city to life. We had a blast at Botero Square, where Andres pointed out all the quirky details of the sculptures, making the visit way more interesting than I could have imagined.
We also ventured through Comuna 13, and I have to say, Andres made walking through the area feel so much easier and more enjoyable. His insights into the transformation of the neighborhood and the street art gave me a deeper appreciation for the place.
One of the highlights of the day was the fruit tasting – I got to try some exotic, delicious fruits that I would have never discovered on my own! We also stopped at a local coffee shop (that just opened two days ago!) and tried out fantastic coffee. Andres went above and beyond, not just guiding me but ensuring I had a personalized experience that felt both educational and fun.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city. 5/5!! Andres is the best!
