• Commercial Pasaje Junín Maracaibo - Strolling through Pasaje Junin, guests will visit a traditional tearoom and bakery that has been in operation for over 50 years. Here, they can savor delightful baked goods such as buñuelos (fried dough balls), pan de yucas (cassava bread), or almojábanas (cornbread with cuajada cheese) along with traditional Tinto (a milder Americano coffee).
• Salon Malaga - Next, guests will enjoy the renowned Chorizo, Morcilla (blood sausage), Arepas (corn flatbread), Patacones (fried plantain), and Criolla potatoes in a traditional Antioqueño restaurant setting reminiscent of an old Paisa Hacienda. As a customary practice to stimulate the appetite, locals often have a shot of Aguardiente (anise liqueur) at lunch or before, so guests will partake in a shot of Aguardiente at Salón Málaga, a charming and classic venue popular for Tango music.
