Visit and history of Medellin with Carlos Gogry, a great! - We have taken the guided tour with Carlos “Gogry”, an authentic expert in the history of Medellin: we have seen the authentic city with its charm understanding how it has been reborn after its complicated past. He is an amazing person who has taken care of us impeccably!

The dark history of Pablo Escobar - We did not know very much about Pablo Escobar before this tour. The information shared by the guide was interesting and gave us a clearer understanding of what was happening in Colombia in the late 80's / early 90's. We highly recommend this experience if you want to see and understand the tragedies caused by Escobar and his associates.

A must do when in Medellin - Beforehand people in our group told us not to go, because it would be all too sensational and that the money would go to family of Pablo Escobar. We decided to go anyway, as it is part of the history of Medellin and Colombia and we did our research to find a non-sensational tour as we were not looking for sensation, we were just trying to understand what all happened and how it affected the people. We had no signs that money from this tour would go to the Escobar family, on the contrary, our tour guide very critical. The first thing he showed us was the memorial, so we immediately got an idea about the impact of the violence. In fact this tour is something you should do when in Medellin.

Fantastic tour! - City Vibes tours was fantastic and really came through for me! My original tour canceled on me 10 mins before my 9am pickup. I was extremely upset as I was leaving that evening and my trip was centered around this tour. I was able to get in touch with City Vibes tour and they were able to accommodate me the same day despite it being so last minute. They were very professional and kind. Our tour guide Juan was very knowledgeable, funny and kind as well he did a great job story telling and connecting the history for us. I highly recommend, thank you again for saving my trip!
