Embark on a rafting journeying in Rioverde and Samana river, a radiant green waterway that meanders through pristine Colombian jungles. The adventure commences in Medellin, followed by a 2-hour drive to the San Francisco Municipality via the Medellin-Bogota highway. A further 40 minutes of driving brings us to Boqueron, where begins a 40-minute class 3 hike through a splendid canyon to reach the river. Once at the river, we gear up the boats for a 5-hour rafting experience in the crystal clear water, with class III/IV rapids and stunning waterfalls. A break for lunch lets you savour the river surroundings, before resuming the exciting rafting till we reach our endpoint at the Samana river bridge.
This rafting escapade is more than just navigating through whitewater; it’s an enthralling expedition into Colombia’s most unsullied rainforests.
