Excellent all round - collection from baggage hall ... which is unusual in domestic airports now, but i guess it depends on the airport. Some airports make it really difficult for this. Melbourne allows this, although the trade-off is a 5 minute walk (not in any way a big deal for me, but maybe some elderly folk). Ride great... no hassle, nice and quick... i remember Tullamarine used to be a royal pain a couple of decades ago.

Brilliant Service! - Exceptional. After long hours of travel from the USA, I was greeted by my exceptional driver (whose name I forgot to write down). He assisted with my luggage and maneuvered through Melbourne morning traffic with skill. He was an absolute delight to chat with and gave me a wonderful welcome to Australia that I will remember fondly.l
