Setting out from Melbourne, we drove westward, experiencing the thrilling sensation of traversing thousands of miles along the Great Ocean Road. We will explore at least 6 most famous attractions: Loch Ard Gorge, Razorback, 12 Apostles, Apollo Bay, Kennett River, and Split Point Lighthouse.

GREAT OCEAN ROAD TOUR REVERSED - One of the must visit places when in Melbourne. Though it was a long ride, the sceneries are a beauty! Our driver guide, Devin, gave us lots of info and trivia even when we're just riding the car. Very informative and fun tour with him!

Best day ever. - The view was beautiful and breathtaking. The guides were very kind and we had a good day. The fish and chip shop that my guide told me was excellent. The ice cream was also excellent.

Worth seeing but - The Great Ocean Road is fascinating with some beautiful views and the ‘attractions’ are natural wonders.
I was however disappointed as the commentary was not live (as advertised) but prerecorded and intermittent, and the trip appeared rushed with no brief (photo) stops at any of the available pullovers and taking no where near the 12 hours suggested.

“A guide who struggles with communication” - My trip with Bob, the tour guide, was challenging from the very start—beginning with boarding the bus. There were two buses, yet no one told us which one we were supposed to get on. The other driver didn’t know where the guide Bob was, and the situation only seemed to get sorted out about five minutes before departure.
The biggest issue, however, was the guide’s English skills. His curt tone, focused solely on delivering information, made the entire 12-hour tour unpleasant for me. I lost count of how many times I had to hear “listen to me,” and I still don’t understand why I had to endure such a condescending manner of speech. Things only got worse when, after our first stop, he decided to move the bus without proper notice, leaving guests scrambling anxiously to track him down.
On top of that, he would smoke near the guests during breaks, which felt incredibly unprofessional.
His explanations about the destinations were minimal, and his overall attitude toward the guests felt careless and disinterested. It was so disappointing that I couldn’t help but think the tour should’ve been advertised as a mere transportation service rather than a proper guided tour.
