5 stars - We had an amazing experience with Philip as our tour guide! His knowledge about the trip was incredibly enriching, and he made sure we didn’t miss out on any interesting details. Not only was he informative, but he also went above and beyond to help us take photos, capturing all the memorable moments. We truly appreciated his genuine care, checking in on us to see if anyone was feeling road sick. His kindness and professionalism made this trip unforgettable. Highly recommend Philip for anyone looking for a fantastic tour experience.

Worth it - Reverse trip was the best idea. We took the bus at the first stop in melbourne so had very good seats . One at the front and at the right side which gave us a good view of the ocean and everything. William was very good and kind enough . Ofcourse the guide and driver was the same with english and chinese translation. But he was good enough to make the trip informative and enjoyable. I was travelling with 4 year and 1 year kid. Had to put the kid on the lap but it was ok . I am used to it and william was kind enough to ask if everything was ok. Recommend a great place for icecream and it was amazing. A day spent well.

A must do - the great ocean drive tour with Daniel - We had a full day spare in Melbourne and wasn’t sure what to do. We have always wanted to take a drive on the ocean drive and so glad we did it in style with our driver Daniel. He was absolutely amazing! Had a wealth of knowledge about Melbourne and the great ocean road drive. We took inland in the morning to go straight to the 12 Apostles (breathtaking) but along the coastal ocean drive going back to Melb CBD. Daniel is on time, very professional and very accommodating to all one’s needs. He even went to sight where a Koala may be seen for a few international customers who have never seen one, and he spotted one! The experience was on another level! Back in time for a 7pm dinner reservation! Thank you for an awesome day!

Thank You David Hsu - David Hsu was a great guide and driver. He brought us to multiple places with nice views and gave enough time for each. We had a nice day. Without having to self drive the long distance and with nice live commentary made a lot of difference. Not easy to dual hat as driver and guide, kudos to David Hsu.

The tour was supposed to... - The tour was supposed to be in English but we ended up on an English/ Chinese tour for some reason. Apparently it was Easter holiday and they had to mix two tours in one! The sound was a bit muffled and our tour guide was driving a bit manically. We could hardly understand we he says. To top it all up, we were supposed to go spotting koala but he said we are not going as over the past few trips they couldn't spot any. If this is the case why do you continue to list it as a stop on the itinerary! Over all it was ok but it could have been far better

Not worth: choose one a bit more expensive - With regards to the tour: the duration of each stop (except twelve apostoles one) is shorter, at least the day I did the tour. In particular, Loch Ard Gorge was completely skipped. It's true the beach is closed and you cannot go down from the cliff because the stairs are closed, but from the beginning of the stairs there's a viewpoint (I know this because when leaving with the bus we saw people overlooking the gorge and taking pictures). The Kennett River "stop" of "30 minutes" was a stop literally on the road to see a koala. In Get Your Guide (where I bought the tour) it's described as a "guided tour walk". Also, the description says that the tour includes tickets/admission, but all spots are free of charge, so it's misleading because it tries to artificially add value to the tour. With regards to the transportation: the bus is an old narrow one, if you are taller than 1,75m you won't fit. On top of that, there are two "seats" that should not be sold as seats. One of them is the copilot one; it's literally on the wheel and the angle between the seat and the back is hardly 90°, so you you are slightly "squatting". The other "seat" that should not be sold as a seat is in the last row, it seemed to be one of those seats adapted where the trunk used to be. It's at a lower hight compared to the rest of the seats, so the window is higher and it's very narrow. If this was a 1h journey it might be acceptable, but this is a 11-12h tour of which you spend 80% in the bus. This caused the participants not to be fully at ease because the last people getting in the bus at each stop had to use these seats, and as a result everyone was rushing to avoid them. The cleanliness was absent (a picture shows dust and a spider web on the copilot window, which is clearly noticeable in a very visible part of the vehicle). With regards to the driver/guide: he was nice and polite, but I'd recommend to lower the speed, especially in the winding roads
