Remarkable! - Such an incredible experience! We were so lucky to have such amazing weather - was extremely clear so we got to go over the city. So serene and a great way to appreciate Melbourne. Knowledgeable and friendly team, Chris and Gregor were super sweet! Flight was really smooth and steady. Exceeded all expectations, Highly recommend! Summary - The communication and planning involved from the Balloon Man team was outstanding. Chris and Quin (Hope I got that right) ensured we had a wonderful time and at the same time ensured our safety. The views were just breathtakingly beautiful. Showed a completely different side of Melbourne. Must do activity if you’re in Melbourne or visiting Melbourne!

Book direct - avoid TripAdvisor/Viator. - My issue is with Tripadvisor and Viator. Balloonman cancelled and Tripadvisor/Viator did not refund the payment in full. Book direct with whichever company is providing the experience - Tripadvisor/Viator offers nothing but fees. I would have complained but they are impossible to reach by email or phone.
