Relaxing, unique day - Friendly driver! Highly recommend visiting the hot springs! I was worried it was just a tourist thing but there were many locals as well. Beautiful property and very relaxing day. Honestly I’ve never been to any place like this - so unique and just well done! Right down to the robe and towels for rent!

Absolutely Wonderful - Jacob was amazing, pleasant and such a delight. He even managed to wait while my friend and I were delayed in traffic getting to the meeting point before the group left. He was very knowledgeable and even gave us a mini tour as our group took off and drove through the city. Every option and activity offered in the Hot Springs was splendid! The place was a true beauty and looked extremely natural. My friend and I did the clay experience and it was very therapeutic! I would absolutely come back on my next visit to Melbourne.

Large area with lots of hot spring pools - It was a pleasant day spent with family at the hot spring pools, which are spread across a large area and offer a variety of temperatures to suit everyone’s preferences. There are plenty of drinking fountains available to help visitors stay hydrated, along with a few eateries for grabbing a bite to eat. While some sections were under renovation, the overall experience was enjoyable and relaxing.

Rejuvenation and relaxation in Melbourne - Relaxing hot springs experience with well thought out and distributed amenities for personal & intimate set up. Enjoyable and beneficial natural therapeutic treatment on self care. Hot and cold pools to help reduce inflamation and improve blood circulation. Cafe offers sufficient vegetation and vegan choices.

Recommend this excursion, but could use more time! - Very cool experience! We took the entire family with kids aging from 10-16 and everyone enjoyed it. The only negative I’d have to mention would be needing more time at the Hot Springs. You have 3 hours, but I feel that 4 hours would be better. We felt rushed at the end to grab some lunch at one of the cafes before having to change & be back at the bus for departure. Therefore, only giving you about 2 hours to enjoy in the pools.

4 of 5 star in retrospect- watch for talkers, crowds, kids, closures - Got there promptly and safely w kind driver. Surprisingly crowded for a Sunday morning. The timeframe was right for the visit. The springs had multiple venues closed- either private events, experiences you book on site like fire n ice or mud application, or broken/ being cleaned. Unfortunately you don’t know that until you walk the site. Same for the “spa dreaming” adult only zone- costs more. It would really help if they posted this at entry. There are lots of kids here- be aware. Meals at cafe limited but it was one of the freshest green salads I ever ate. There are other springs in this area- unsure of their entry policy.

Nice and clean facilities, but kind of loud. - Nice place. Facilities are nice and clean. These are man made baths and pools. They aren’t natural. I was expecting more of what I saw in Iceland. We went in mid November. Was pretty busy. I wish it was more relaxing. There were a good amount of children and the parents did not attempt to keep them quiet. Also, there were groups of people that were very loud in general. I wouldn’t expect a quiet experience here. You’re going to be sitting pretty close to all of the other visitors. Not a lot of privacy or quiet time. However, the bus ride was great. Quiet, relaxing, spacious.
