‘Ghosts! What Ghosts?’ invites brave participants into the enigmatic and supernatural realms that reside within the gaol’s cold stone walls. This uniquely haunting experience is guided by experienced guides with a deep understanding of the gaol’s darker history, sharing tales of the unexplained, the eerie, and the haunted.

Due to the sometimes graphic nature of the stories, this immersive tour is suitable for ages 16 and older. This night tour is conducted in the dark and includes confined spaces. Appropriate footwear is recommended. This night tour is not recommended for children 12 years and under.

This jail is a somber location with a haunting past. Over the years, both visitors and staff have shared tales of the unexplained. Although none have been verified yet, you are invited to embark on this spine-tingling nighttime jail tour—if you dare!

The tour takes place in the dark and involves confined spaces, so suitable footwear is advised. It is not recommended for children aged 12 and under.

• The Gaol offers partial wheelchair accessibility, but please note that some areas, such as stairs and upper levels, may limit access.
