Amazing experience - Our tour guide was Rhys — a very nice and professional guy, and a safe driver. He took us to various attractions and explained the animals we saw along the way, helping us learn more about the ecology of Phillip Island.
He also answer several questions to me, thanks a lot

Penguin Tour. by Tom :) - Guide : Bluey / Tom has a details and delight guidance for the whole tour that not only let us know the background of Melbourne but also feels like in travel . I will intro him to my friend .

Awesome Tour - Sophia was amazing. She was attentive to our needs and was upbeat the whole trip. There was never a dull moment with her. Was able to go to many good places at such a limited amount of time.

Overall, it was a very good tour. - I was very happy to see the beautiful view of the ocean, relax with kangaroos and koalas nearby, and finally get to see a lot of penguins up close. Rhys was a clear and fun guide. I only watched Penguin Plus, so I don't know how different it is from general, but Penguin Plus was certainly up close. We recommend you take the front seat early

Amazing day out at the Moonlit Sanctuary and Penguin Parade. - Aleks was an excellent tour guide, very charismatic and informative. The penguin parade was a magical experience. We would recommend this experience to everyone.

Great Tour Guide / Great Tour Company - Tour Guide Lisa is an amazingly friendly person. She makes the excursion a joy. Do the city tour first, then add penguins. It is irresistible. Watching nature unfold before your eyes is amazing. “Go West” is definitely the tour company to choose in Melbourne.

Amazing trip with not expected extras - It was so amazing, although we started with some rain. At all important view points the sun came out right away. Alisha did an incredible job in keeping the schedule in time, showing us the favorite spots and entertaining us with compelling stories all the way long ☺️👍 Beyond spotting koala, wallabies, kangaroos, dingos we were so lucky to see green snakes and other reptiles. Thank you so much, Alisha
