Wonderful Great Ocean Road trip with Steve - We had a really lovely Great Ocean Road tour and Steve made the whole day even better. He was funny, full of good old Aussie humour, and helped break the ice from the start, which made the trip feel relaxed and wholesome. He was very knowledgeable, gave great tips on good places to eat, and went above and beyond to help us spot kangaroos and koalas, which we were lucky enough to see. He also never made us feel rushed, which made the day much more enjoyable. A special mention as well for how well he organised the seating. He made sure a family of five could sit together, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can really tell he is honest and passionate about what he does. We were picked up on time at 7:00 am and returned around 6:30 pm, so the whole day was very well managed. One small recommendation: if you get motion sickness, definitely bring anti-nausea tablets because the bus ride can be a bit bumpy. Also, lowering or turning off the background music would make the ride more comfortable, especially for anyone sensitive to nausea, as the speakers were above our seats. That said, this is only a small suggestion and not a deterrent at all. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and I would definitely recommend it.
