Liked It, Didn't Love It - I was visiting Melbourne for the first time so I decided to book myself onto this tour to get to know the city better. Much as I did think the guide was good at his job and I got to enjoy learning about the city. 2 things put me off.
1 being this woman who kept talking quite loudly on her phone. And no coincidence where two other guests got into a heated argument about 1 talking too loudly during the commentary. I was worried things would get heated.
What concerned me was how the guide didn't do anything to diffuse the situation. Based on this I got off the bus at the original meeting point rather than stay on to take people to the Melbourne market.
As I was genuinely concerned for my safety after things got heated on the bus. I would probably recommend the company introduce protocols to keep the safety of the guests as a high priority based on what I saw happen.
