Join a delightful small-group full-day tour that blends native wildlife experiences with wine tasting in the world-renowned Yarra Valley wine region of Victoria. Departing from Melbourne, the tour begins with a visit to Healesville Sanctuary, established to conserve and protect endangered animal species. Spend the morning observing iconic native animals such as koalas, kangaroos, and emus.
In the early afternoon, head to Yering Station Vineyard to enjoy a delectable a la carte main course lunch paired with wine tasting. Conclude the day with a delightful cheese and wine experience at the De Bortoli Winery.

Wonderful experience good wine, food, kangaroos, koalas & guide - Excellent tour. Small group. Paul is an excellent guide looking after us all the way ensuring we got to our wildlife encounter & then the wine tasting.
Very good lunch & cheese nicely spaced & took the trouble to show us wild kangaroos as well.
Definitely recommend

Wine and wildlife - Great day with fantastic wine - even picked up some cab sauv to take back to the states. Lunch was outstanding and the wildlife sanctuary allowed us to see all the Australian animals up close. Shane- thanks for the great day and for sharing your time and knowledge

Highlight of our visit to Australia - We had the most awesome time with Rob on our Wildlife/Wine tour! It truly was exceptional. Rob was the best tour guide ever! He knows so many intersting facts about so many intersting things - despite what his son says! He really is a terrric tour guide!
Our visit at Healesville Sanctuary was soooo interesting. It is a wonderful place. The animals and plants are so well taken care of. Rob told us interesting facts about the Galah, scat of the Wombat, coffee growing and the tree Kangaroo, and the incredible Kangaroo Apple plant. The bird demonstration was truly amazing.
Both wineries that we visited we super! Yering Station provided a very informative wine tasting and the lunch there was so good! De Bortolie was also nice with their wine and cheese tasting!
The pickup and dropoff was so easy. The ride in the small van was comfortable. The entire day, which was from 9 to 6:30 was great. It was definitely the highlight of our trip.
I feel like we have a great new Australian friend. Thank you Rob!!!

Healesville and more - It was wonderful. Cam was FABULOUS. The sanctuary was great and the lunch was delicious. The wine and cheese was extremely tasty. The scenery was beautiful.

Vinetrekker Wine and Wildlife tour - Great communication. Picked up and dropped off as scheduled. Tour was as described. Lunch was very good. The guide/driver Cam was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Terrific Tour of the Yarra Valley - Wonderful day in the Yarra Valley! From the moment we signed up to our final goodbye, this was a first class tour. Paul confirmed everything ahead of time. Our guide Rob was very informative and organized. The amount of time at the wildlife sanctuary was perfect. Lunch was beautiful and yummy and the 2 wine tastings were perfect at gorgeous wineries that avoided crowds. The small groou made a big difference and the value was very good. There are a lot of tours out there, but this is definitely the one!

A wonderful day in the Yarra Valley - We had such a wonderful day on our visit to the Healesville Sanctuary in the morning and to Yarra Valley wineries in the afternoon. Perfect! We had a great day with... - We had a great day with Shane as our guide. He made sure we had an amazing time and truly unforgettable experience. We visited two beautiful vineyard locations where the wine tastings were very enjoyable and informative. Lunch was one of the highlights of the day—it tasted amazing, and the views were fantastic.
After that, visiting Healesville Sanctuary was a perfect way to spend the afternoon, allowing us to see a wide range of Australian native animals. Shane was a safe driver and shared interesting information and history about Melbourne throughout the tour.
We really enjoyed the day and highly recommend this tour.
